I ordered through doordash tonight.Although getting a sandwich ordered was tricky, we managed to get everything we wanted. We were informed that some of the sides we asked for were sold out, but you guys did an amazing job getting us substitutes. Whoever it was that I talked to on the phone is amazing and has amazing customer service. The food was absolutely wonderful and I will definitely order from you guys again. Outstanding job tonight.
I've never been let down by a Dickey's, and I ate at this location for lunch today having yet another great experience and just had to write a review. An elderly gentleman entered the restaurant in front of me and he had never been to a Dickey's before. He had a walker, couldn't see very well, and was very confused. Before I could even lift a finger to help him, two staff members went out of their way to politely explain how everything worked and helped him carry his food on his tray all the way to his table. This never would've happened at any "fast food" restaurant or similar restaurant. Very impressive.
Me and my boyfriend arrived at 7:55pm only to realize they closed at 8pm. As we were leaving the manager rushed out and welcomed us in regardless of the time. He said we could dine in or take out. It was up to us. The staff were really nice, and the brisket sandwhich was so tender and juicy. The manager took really good care of us and we really appreciated it. I'll always go to this exact location every time!!
I really enjoy good bbq and this place has it. I found a new favorite sandwich called the westerner. It's packed with several different meats and could cure hunger in a grizzly bear! Restaurant is well kept, very clean and nice to enjoy your food in. This is one of my regular spots and I'm sure will continue to be for a very long time.
