I was furniture shopping in the area and had to stop by and grab a bite. Rashad took my order and made my food in a quick, friendly and expeditious manner. It was so good and hot that I literally made a circle to do it again. He had amazing customer service! Definitely earned my rating 👌.
It's been years since I've been back to Steak 'n Shake. The customer service used to be horrible but that's not the case anymore. At this location they have self-serve kiosks for ordering which makes the ordering process go quickly and the service staff were friendly, making for a much more enjoyable environment. The steak burgers and milkshakes are delicious and the combo meals were a better value than I expected!
Thought the double cheeseburger was wonderful. Slim patties cooked well done. Super fresh veggies. Great price. I’m surprised it’s not that busy. Much better than other hamburger places. Even though it’s a fast food concept, the burger is much better than expected.
Improved so much. They have order stations and they are much easier to use than ordering from a person. I am very impressed. Stop by if you’re hungry. Staff is not friendly at all
I got the garlic butter double cheese burger. Omg smelled like garlic bread, tasted like heaven, bread fresh, Burger fresh, cheese cooked into the meat. Thank you 🙏 for a great lunch today!
From the time I walked in the door Jamie greeted me with such enthusiasm and a beautiful smile like I was THE BEST CUSTOMER in the world. I am a stickler of good customer service and I definitely experienced outstanding customer service on today. Jamie was phenomenal and I can tell she loved helping and serving people. She actually said I'm going to love the food here at that location and she was right....it was delicious! Thank you Jamie for your kindness and awesome service!!!

Was craving some shakes so we pulled up here. I can easily say they did not disappoint. I got the Reese’s peanut butter cup shake and my fiancé got the Oreo shake, they were delicious! We looked at the menu while there and they have lots of cheap meals for a decent amount! Will be coming back here when I’m hungry for a burger!
I was here for my birthday shake. Most places make you download an app but here, you just put in your # at the kiosk and it knew I had a shake. No more waitress to take orders, you order at the kiosk. The steakburger was good and the fries were great. 🍟 The shake was banana and also delish. My husband had to drink it because I have to be sugar free for a while but definitely had a sip!
Excellent prices for steak sandwiches. Service was good. Made to order when you order. No background music to distract. Awesome real fruit shakes.
Love the food and shakes and the simplicity of the place really makes it an enjoyable experience for me. Not huge on their French fries. Maybe my only complaint.
