Haven't been to chipotle in years so I was excited to try them. The ordering process and food items are pretty much the same. The customer service and employees are excellent and very attentive towards guests. I had only 2 individuals in front of me so placing my order was fast & easy. This location did have an issue with their system when it came to checking out. The system had to be rebooted and another customer and I had to wait an additional 5 mins to pay. Regardless of this mishap the employees were professional and handled the situation well. I ordered the barbacoa burrito and chips and queso blanco. My entire meal was delicious!! The freshness, flavor, and taste of every item I selected was worth the price. I see why chipotle is still the go-to spot for many people. Everytime I pass by the location on Rosedale it's packed and the parking is horrible. I forgot this location was here not far from Rosedale. If I'm craving Chipotle this will be my go-to location. The food and service from Clarissa was exceptional.
Came here before the lunch rush (11:15 ish) and had a great experience! ordered a salad bowl with a side of chips and queso. Everything was fresh and tasty! Folks at the counter were friendly, greeted me upon opening the door and were happy to help me. I love this great customer service, thank you for an awesome lunch!
This was a pretty typical Chipotle. All the normal menu items with staff hurrying your through to cut the line down. The staff were all friendly though! The food was fresh and I saw them changing out empty trays for new, fresh food. The prep bar behind the counter had lots of spills and food debris. They seemed short staffed. The drink station was clean. I was in and out with my to go order within 5 minutes!

Although it was before 9pm on a Friday they had no corn. When the person ask for two scoops of corn, yeah it’s gonna be a big deal if you have none with an hour left to be open. Yeah I’ll wait the 9 minutes to get my corn. And if it’s not too much trouble could you have the corn maker get on it next time instead of waiting 6ish minutes to start. Cause now my half made bowl is waiting on corn that’s gonna taken15 minutes at least not 9. Also comping thst corn waiter her bag of $2.50 chips would have even nice. Or offered a soda. Nope. Just wait the 9 + 6 minutes for your corn while you watch all of us clown around back here. Thank I’m not so sure I’ll visit this location again. When you pay what seems like $56 for a bowl and you have to wait over 15 minutes just to have said bowl completed is a turn off to ever come back. I mean get on it people. Corn it’s like the 3rd stein you can’t make it to step 4 without completing step 3. And the corn watcher needs to get better at being sure the corn is not empty again. You can’t spell chipotle without the co. Alright people. I would add a photo but by the time I got it I was too weak to pick up my camera I needed food and fast.
I work at the museum down the streets , so this is my go-to lunch spot. However this time especially was exceptional, Corina was so nice and quick with every transaction. I feel as if the whole staff overall changed in a positive way! Can’t forget the second guy preparing my order was quick as well. Such great employees
exceptional and very attentive staff members provide exceptional customer service to visitors. There were just 5 people in front of me, so putting my order was quick and simple.
We’ve eaten at Chipotle restaurants all over the US. This is probably one of the best we’ve been to. Food was fresh and a decent amount. Very busy when we arrived but the wait wasn’t long. The only negative was the tables needed to be cleaned off…but that’s probably because all employees were busy making food.
Food is as always perfect, staff is also super friendly! Will be back!
Most of the empty tables were dirty. Other than that I love this place!
This Chipotle experience was different for me because it was my first time trying tofu. That being said the food was still fantastic as always! Very nice workers as well. 😊
