After all the bad reviews took a chance anyway. Hit the store right at the end of a rush. Junior was working all alone. Had a pleasant attitude and was very understanding when my 3 kids kept changing orders (yes we are that customer). Everything was perfect and his attitude and service was commendable. Wonderful experience!!

I’m going to have to change my review to 4 stars. Every time we go in and order everything is amazing here. But we’ve ordered online for pick up 4 times and every time it was bad. If I ask for extra something on my sandwich, nope. Hell this time I asked for salt and pepper and there wasn’t even any at all. There was barely any spinach. Barely and onion and I asked for extra. In the special instructions I asked them to please toast the sandwiches twice. When we go in and I ask them to do so you can tell the difference. I’m not sure it was even done once this time. I always make a point to thank the employees every time we go in and remind them that they are the best location in the area. I just wish the customer didn’t have to be right in front of them to get that on point customer service. My suggestion is if you can get around it, go in and place your order.
My husband and I grabbed some lunch here today and the employee with red hair was extremely friendly, polite, and made our sandwiches perfect. The store was spotless from our end. This is wayyyy more than I can say for the Subway on 377. It is closer to our home and we refuse to go there. The employees and food are horrible. I read the reviews for this location before posting here and we’ve never had a problem here. Today was just extra great. So thank very much, once again, to the employee with the bright red hair. They made the perfect comment when I commended them on their customer service. “The way I look at it is, without y’all,
I don’t have a job.” That’s the way it should be.
The area Director of the store is wonderful. We had a terrible experience at the subway just up the street and she made everything so much better. She definitely deserves a raise.
The guy there was so sweet and was just so fun to be around.
Coming from out of town for a doctors appointment and stopped at this subway while in the area. I’d had a bad, day but the people that served us today (a lady named Ashley and another guy I didn’t catch his name) gave us the best customer service I’ve had at a restaurant EVER! being a former subway employee I love the work ethic I seen from the crew in just the little time I was there! I get the same thing at every subway and I was just so excited to eat my food from this one! they made our sandwiches with love as which miss Ashley told me they did! I walked out the door thinking this is an experience that really makes you thank god for the beautiful people on earth. In 3-5 minutes! I will never forget my experience with them!
We had a coupon so it was really worth it.
I just want to say we are trying very hard to get this store cleaned up. I think we have a good crew now and are progressing towards satisfaction in every customer. We have recently let the tall bald guy go and hope that we will still have your business. I work during the day. I love my job and i care about what our costumers think. Our goal is to have everyone who walks into our store leave with a good feeling of being satisfied. This month, limited time only, we have are new and tasty carved turkey subway sandwiches with bacon. So good! We aim to please are customers and care greatly about your business. Please come into our store off beach st and let us serve you one of our classic subs. Again, we are under new management and new crew. Come on down to see us.
Came during a busy lunch hour. The lady was working by herself and was slammed but still was super nice and made an awesome sandwich!
Robert makes the best Sandwiches and makes you feel at home eating at Subway!! We appreciate his kindness and how he keeps the shop so clean and stocked with chips and ingredients for the Sandwiches, unlike others Subways I have visited and that keeps me coming back!!
