Being from California I’m so excited to have one my fave places here in Texas! Fresh food is always on point. Unfortunately it almost went sideways with the first counter person who was rude and needs assistance in how to deal with people. The manager tho did rectify the situation, kudos to her! Still a loyal customer if Pollo Loco!
Amazing friendly staff! The food speaks for it's self. You must try it if you haven't they have not got my order wrong once and I've been there 5 times in the last two weeks. Thats is a great record for fast food the fast food habit worth having just saying. ����
This place is great! Everyone is so friendly and the food is always fresh. Love the chicken bowls and burritos! Katie, the manager, is always so amazing with my kids when they come in begging for nachos. Will definitely be back!
I love El Pollo Loco and was excited to see one while heading to Costco for gas. Sure enough stopped by for lunch and they didn't disappoint. Friendly and courteous staff as well! THE Vanessa (The One and Only) was very polite! I definitely recommend this location. 5 STARS!
Excellent customer service and great people!❤️ The environment is calm and family-friendly. I had a pleasant time having dinner with my mom. We both ordered a grande avocado chicken bowl and it was delicious.😋 Will definitely come here again with my family.
Their food is really good. I choose to try them for their side dishes. Most chicken spots have terrible sides. I love everything I've tried here.
I stopped in to grab a Taquito salad, and I had such an awesome experience with the manager Billy and Aaron. They had such upbeat attitudes and were so courteous. There was an issue with the register, but I didn’t mind the wait because they were so upbeat! Good energy goes a long way! Thank you
This is a very good restaurant. I love the chicken. I’m never seen anyone make grilled chicken away they do. The person in charge manager, Mr. Danyel keeps everything in order the way it should be. He is very professional, great supervisor, keep up the good work.
Wanted to grab some quick food and ended up stopping here. Food turned to be amazing!!!! My favorite was the overstuffed quesadilla, fries, chicken and mashed potatoes. LOVED the Avocado Salsa from the Salsa Bar. Prices were very reasonable. Will definitely return and recommend it!!!

A nice chicken joint, i like this one especially as it has nice keto and paleo friendly meals for people on keto diet or have some restrictions. Their website describes the meals well. We ordered a double mango fit bowl and 2pc chicken meal and were happy. There is a salsa bar on side and you can like whatever you like. I would go again to try other options too. Service was pretty fast too.
