We are from NC and do not have In-N-Out Burger. We visit family every year and make it a habit to stop to eat here. Absolute best burgers in the fast food market. Service was great, staff was friendly and restaurant was clean. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Double Double, Animal style!
I've been to this location twice, both times had an excellent experience. The first time I came in right after an entire college baseball team had arrived. I figured my wait would be insane but I love the food an In-N-Out so I toughed it out. Not only did the staff get everyone's order taken quickly the wait after I got my order in was minimal, like less than ten minutes. Considering there were at least 25 orders in front of me I was pleasantly surprised. Fantastic staff, well managed and friendly. Not only that, the store remained spotless. Oh and the food was delicious. Highly recommend!
Hailey greeted us and held the door open for us as we entered. She was cleaning the glass doors because it was slow. (Love the work ethic) she then took our order and provided an excellent level of customer service. I’d hire her at my business! The food was delicious and well prepared. The restaurant was clean but there was a lot flies which during this season it’s inevitable to keep under control. Notice in the pictures how clean and organized this place is! I will definitely be coming back to this location.
If it was possible I would give 10 stars ⭐️ this may seem exaggerated! Here’s the reason I say this. The staff are Always friendly.. and not in a forced way to be nice! The restaurant is extremely clean! Even the walls.. I know that sounds weird but usually most fast food chains start to look dingy after time.. this location however looks like they just opened despite it being here 10yrs!!! Finally the most important feature, the burgers 🍔 when they say fresh.. it’s very fresh! I think the only con for me is the fries.. but I’m not much for real potato fries even though it’s technically better for you! But that’s just my preference! However, getting my fries animal style did make them better! It’s not on the menu.. it’s considered a “secret” menu item!
The service was really good. Server that was walking around checking in on customers was so friendly and helpful. The restaurant was sparkling clean.
Our food was hot and fresh. Everything came out just right.

What a great experience! My Double Cheesburger was awsome. The servive was amazing, and one of the associates came by to check on us during our meal.
Its a great concept, especially the limited menu which is really done right.

We tried In-N-Out for the first time this weekend. The place was clean (inside and outside), and the girl who took our order was SUPER friendly. She was patient and kind, and made helpful suggestions for our order. Our food came out hot and delicious! We will definitely be back!!

Staff is sweet, fast, and friendly. Never had a wrong order from here nd never waited more than 15mins no matter the order size. The lines can look daunting, but that's because the food is always hot+fresh, so I'll gladly wait!
I believe her name was Maria. She was taking orders on November 25th around 1pm and she was amazing. Very kind and courteous. She went out of her way for me and definitely deserves the recognition for it.
Jonathan was amazing! Great customer service and explained the menu well (I’m a Floridian). It was late night and he had a smile on his face. Ask for Jonathan, he knows the secret menu.
I've never had any bed food at In and Out Burgers and love going here so much the best burger in the world. Animal style burgers have grilled onions, and animal style fries have grilled onions, cheese and sauce on top... !
