Really can't say enough about this place. Not only home to a world class happy hour, but also home to a loving and caring service staff that will recover your wallet after you leave it there. not only did they just give me my wallet but they gave me two free taco coupons with it!!! s/o to the manager Matt and the rest of the crew at R taco for being the backbone of TCU and fort worth as a whole. you guys are the reason i get up every morning.
Always amazing. This place is growing in popularity fast! Glad that it's found a home here in fort worth. Do yourself a favor, and get here early for happy hour. Rocks margaritas and beef fajita tacos and combo dips of queso, guac and salsa will not disappoint. Prices are great too! I hope yall do well! /cheers! ��
Quick, friendly service. Delicious breakfast tacos. Love the hot sauce! Breakfast egg and cheese tacos from top, counter clockwise: chorizo, jalapeno sausage, and brisket. All great. I especially liked the brisket.
Food was great. We tried 4 different tacos, queso and black beans. All tasted great. The AC ducts will leak condensation on you if it's humid so choose where you sit carefully.
With gourmet taco chains like Torchys & Fuzzys all over the place, Rustys has set itself apart in price. Nothing worse than to goto an establishment and order something pay more than you feel like you should and get a product of lesser quality than you could do yourself. Rustys keeps it competitive in price while keeping up with quality like the other local taco shops. I patronize them simply because I hate paying $ for tacos at other places. All I see is profit margin.

Creative street tacos in a clean and simple atmosphere. R Tacos were yummy! The chip portions seemed small until the manager mentioned we can get free refills. This is not the most authentic mexican place in the neighborhood but they have tasty food and cold margaritas. I prefer simpler options and my favorites so far are the roasted pork taco and the brisket taco. I am sure that I will eventually try everything since I seem yo end up here every weekend!
I really enjoy this place. The tacos are street style so a little small but they are super cheap less then 3$ for each taco. All of them I have tried have been really good but my top 2 favorites so far is the beef fajita and shrimp. I always order the triple dips that comes with queso, guacamole and salsa. I enjoyed all the dips but the chips were amazing. Thin and crispy not to salty. So yummy. The staff is really friendly also and patient if you're not sure what to get.
I stumbled upon this location on accident one morning while I was with my dog. I asked them if they could put some chicken on the side for him and they did. The tacos were great I had a jalepeno sausage, egg, and cheese. I also had a fajita chicken taco which was great. The staff was friendly, the food was great, and my dog was happy. Can't ask for much more!
Not for those craving authentic Mexican but pretty good in its own right. The drink specials and cheap tacos make it worth it, not every taco is good but the ones that are really shine. Find what you like and you'll have an enjoyable experience.
