This has become my & my husband's favorite place to have breakfast. Staff is so friendly & the food is so tasty. The prices are just right, the place is clean, & I love the decor. P.S. This is the best place for Eggs Benedict!
Always outstanding. The wait staff is top shelf and the food is amazing! My favorite breakfast place
For a child born in the 70's, raised in the 80's, and considered a "child of the 90's", this place is a real treat! Walking through the door is a greeting from the past. The décor ranges from lava lamps and ATARI boxes to a 2nd Generation Trans AM hood and lots of classic vinyl (read records). Just sitting there and taking in the shadow boxes full of Mork and Mindy trading cards jax, and ration stamps is a real treat. The staff are beyond accommodating, friendly and welcoming! The treat strangers like friends and regulars like family. All that said, Becky (the blonde young lady often running the register) is the star! Super friendly and has a smile that can work as light in a power outage. The food is good. Typical American comfort food. Their breakfasts are filling and delicious. French toast, chicken fried steak, and their "any way you want" omelets are wonderful! Got a hangover? They've got a plate for that featuring corned beef hash. Sandwiches from their lunch menu deliver! Their 'buffalo chicken' sandwich is delicious and filling. And of course there is the "KING". If you're an Elvis fan, you can probably figure it out. The delectable (and likely a 4 digit calorie count) sandwich is your peanut butter, bananas, bacon sin you will likely need to confess! We have become regulars here. We've never been not once disappointed or unhappy. And one more thing! Got a classic car, truck or hotrod? Park out front and Stevie will come snap a pic and send it to Facebook! This guys got taste!
Great!!. Clean with well maintained nostalgic decor. Friendly, great service at just the right pace. Food served HOT and delicious!! Side of fruit was serve cold and seemed to have been just cut that day -- flavorful & fresh!! Wish they were open for dinner!!
Tried Stevie's on a whim. We will be back! Blue plate special was pot roast with mashed potatoes and green beans. Quite yummy! Cheese steak sandwich was fresh an delicious.
Great place. My kids and I go here every couple of weeks. It's diner food. The "hangover" is my favorite. My son likes "the elvis" sandwich.
The muffins are great, also.
We love this place! The food is truly home made and delicious. You have to have the Pumpkin Cobbler. Just thinking of it makes my mouth water. One of the owners talked to us for a very long time and answered all of our questions. Retro atmosphere that is fun, fun, fun!
Beat food I've eaten in a long time - just like Mom's good old food.
This place is great. The food is awesome and everyone is cool. We will be back.
Everyone was really friendly and attentive. The food was delicious & reasonably priced. I will be back.
I have eaten here 2 Fridays in a row. They are only open till 3 pm most days except for Fridays when they have their Friday fish fry! I loved the catfish. It was cooked perfectly and they did our fries extra crispy as was asked. It also comes with coleslaw and a cobbler for dessert! All for under 10 bucks! They usually have another daily special with the fish fry! I will definitely be back! Great food for a great price!
Nice little diner! First time trying it out here. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious!
Service was great and the place is clean and well organized. Lots of old cool memorabilia for decorations around the restaurant.
Will definitely be back!
We were greeted right as we walked in by our server, Madison. She was kind, fast, and able to accommodate our food preferences due to allergies. The pancakes, eggs, etc. were perfect 🥰 The atmosphere was fun, very retro and easily inspires good conversations. We love this place!
A great, no-frills throwback to the diners of the past with some good grub. Walking in, you'll immediately notice the vintage diner furniture, if not the impressive display of retro toys along the walls. The server immediately sat us in a packed restaurant, since the team was already bussing and scrubbing down a table that was just vacated. Our server showed up within minutes, and our drinks were out shortly after we requested them. We went for breakfast, and I was impressed at the range of options available...far more than you'd see in other traditional diners. While I considered Florentine Benedict, I chose Stevie's Skillet, and was blown away by the taste... something about the crispy cooked veggies and hash browns with a nice runny egg on top just worked perfectly...and boy, was it filling. If you want a cool trip back in time, or just a place for a great meal without the usual brunch crowd, definitely check it out.
We usually come every Sunday after church. We come during post-church rush time so wait is typical for that time of day. Food is always good, not overpriced like other breakfast spots. Lovely service and is such a blessing to be served by that staff. My husband and I had breakfast here on our wedding day we love this place so much
Smiling host as soon as you enter, great atmosphere, wish we could go back to this nostalgic time, life seemed so much simpler then…. Food is great as well as service …. Definitely be back.
Truly a gem of a location. We went for breakfast and they had perfect options. Everything was tasty and cooked perfectly. The ambiance was fantastic too. We will definitely be back!
We went at a good time as we just beat the rush. This is a small venue so there's usually a wait. We were seated and waited on quickly. Pancakes were nice and fluffy.
Our Jeep group does a brunch each year in a small diner. We pay $50 per person for the meal regardless of the cost of the meal. Meals are typically around $20 so the staff gets some good tips just before Christmas. This year there was about 40 of us so we overwhelmed the small crew. They handled us in stride without knowing how we would pay. The food came quickly and was great. I find reviews of breakfast difficult since it is hard to mess up eggs. I had the Texas Biscuits. Pretty much biscuit and gravy with my eggs on top. My wife said the coffee was Army 🪖 coffee...but I thought it was great. The decorations of the place will bring back memories for Gen X and older. It was really cool to see some of the old toys we had as kids.
Food was great! Huge portions. Come early, gets crowded fast.
Dine like it's 1969! Quite the slogan to describe the atmosphere at the diner. It was cool seeing decor from the era. The overall good was okay.
The eggs Benedict was a well made dish with typical ingredients. A classic breakfast.
The chicken tenders were fried well and and the french fries were crunchy on the outside like it should be.
The Hangover was a miss. It felt like the slop that came out of the can and neatly placed on hashbrowns with an egg topping.
Fyi. Wait to be seated. Your check is at the cashier whenever you are ready to pay.
