We celebrated Thad’s bday and it was a great place, amazing food and we LOVED the singer/ piano player!! She was amazing!! We highly recommend Mercury Chop House!
We went out for a romantic evening and this was the PERFECT spot. We were warmly greeted then seated near the piano player. He was great. Very talented and personable. The food was delicious and our waiter was attentive and took excellent care of us. We’ll be coming back.
Absolutely incredible service! My wife and I took our friends out to celebrate a recent wedding and two birthdays. The experience was everything you could ask for from a high-end restaurant. The general manager was professional and kind, the waiters were attentive, and the food was prepared to perfection. At the end of the night the owner of the restaurant came down and introduced himself to the group and we got to talk for just a bit. Later that night my wife said it was like we were treated like royalty and I agree. This restaurant has heart and it goes far beyond five stars. We will definitely be back

Mike waited on us, and he was absolutely delightful. He is friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and very accommodating. He was the best part of our experience here even though the food is wonderful. We had the lamb chops and the Chilean Sea Bass. Both were amazing!
Our first visit to Mercury Chophouse in Ft Worth was on Valentine's. The restaurant was busy but the wait staff did not miss a step. The food & service were excellent. Save room for dessert!!
The only thing they could have improved on was the music, it would have been nice to have someone at the piano on such a romantic evening.
This place is a must try. Our server Michael was wonderful. The cocktails, smoked old fashioned and mint martini were tasty. Scallops and risotto were perfect as well as my partners lamb rack and asparagus. Prices are reasonable for the quality. All around a great experience.

When we walked in, I was unsure if they were open. It was quiet. Very little noise. Atmosphere is a little dark, once seated, it was comfortable.
Our waiter, was a mind reader. While sharing the specials and discussing the menu, he seemed to read my mind.
We both started with a salad and some bread. The magic happened when the meals came out. The lamb was seared perfectly and cooked to medium. Was delightful. Eagerly awaiting our next trip.
First time here and it was EXCELLENT! Everything was good! The prime rib and shrimp scampi was delicious, prepared expertly, portions were ample and satisfying, and arrived just at the right time as we finished our brisket cigar appetizers. The brussel sprouts in butter and bacon?!!! Decadent!!
I had a very nicely made smoked old fashioned from the bar. Well, OK, more than one! But seriously it was a well crafted cocktail and Im fairly snobbish about these!
Finally, our waiter Mike was superb! Flawless, timely, pleasant, and attentive but not hovering!

The ambiance was pleasant, the food was superb, and the service was exemplary. This was our first visit and we will make sure to come back again! I do think that they could improve their wine list a little bit but that could be because of shortages in selection so not a big deal this time. But, in addition to a knockout Old Fashion, everything we ate there was fantastic! The picture is of our dessert, the apple cobbler. We were so stuffed that my wife and I shared the cobbler but still took home a nice slice of cheesecake to enjoy later. Our son had the cheesecake which is why we ate decided to take one home. He loved it!
Ate there Saturday night. Music, food, and atmosphere was amazing! The service was horrible, took forever to get our food and drinks and often times had to ask another staff member to get us water.
What a delightful restaurant. I came in a couple minutes before they officially opened and got seated at the bar anyway. Found out they open at 4 pm. Google maps is wrong people! Smiley the (bartender/does it all) is awesome. I loved my glass of troublemaker, a delish red blend. The lamb was great. I added some mint and horseradish sauce because I love it. I can't wait to come back.
