Yesterday my family celebrated my great Aunt Fayes 85th birthday! Aunt Faye was super surprised and the service and food was beyond compare!! I called the day before looking for a location comparable to Papadeauxs! I found the jewel of Fort Worth! Molly assisted me with arrangements for my elderly Aunt and made sure her counterpart was able to assist me on yesterday(Molly's off day). Ms.Jiyce was our server and was friendly, fact and her recommendations were spot on! Thank you Ms. Joyce! The owner and chef came out and greeted us! Our large party ran a little late due tge surprise. But all accommodations were on point! I wish I had pics of the food. But it was so good, no one wanted to stop and photograph it! From the best fried greens tomatoes and okra since my grandmothers , to the best seafood gumbo, tributary shrimp salad and bread pudding(I only inhaled), it was the best meal and high value!

I’ve been wanting to try this place and see the new scene on Race Street. Great ambience and very friendly staff. Turned out to be owner’s sister and niece. Food was excellent. Maybe a thicker roux and more seafood in the gumbo, but the Shrimp Victoria and red beans and rice were superb. And any flavor of bottled Abita. I had two Turbodogs. I will be back. Nice to see that area of Fort Worth reinvent itself.

It was just pretty good. Not terrible by any means but it didn't taste authentic in anyway; just a bit bland. I like that they bring a pitcher of water to your table. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The atmosphere is awesome, and it made me feel like I was somewhere along the gulf coast. Service was exceptional. I need to revisit and give it another shot, but it was a bit expensive for what you get. All and all a cute place, but not exactly somewhere I'd be a regular at.

Absolutely terrific restaurant! I stumbled across this restaurant waiting for some friends. There brunch is so good. The swamp on a shingle was lick the bowl good. The crackling? Was equally good. I love michelas. I would definitely come back again for one of their's. The customer service is great. They make sure you are happy often and are quick to serve food and drinks. Everyone in the metroplex should eat here!

Tributary Café left a great impression on me. The ambiance was just right, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. As for the food, I had the bread pudding, and it was a delightful experience. The flavors were rich and comforting, and it was the perfect ending to my meal. If you're looking for a place with a nice vibe and a tasty dessert, Tributary Café is definitely worth trying out.

I feel like I was picked up and set back down in my hometown and most favorite city in the whole world. Everything about this little slice of New Orleans is amazing. The freshness of the seafood was bar none. The service was outstanding. Super friendly bartender and patrons. Even the background music was NOLA jazz. Just an overall delightful place to be. We had shrimp corn chowder, a shrimp and crawfish poboy, red beans and rice, and shrimp clemenceau. They even had the little pistolettes (rolls) I grew up with! Delicious is an understatement. Excellent beer selection as well, including several Abitas, so you know I felt right at home. We will be back. Gotta try the fried chicken! I heard it's killer!!!

I had heard that they have the BEST fried chicken, so since I was out and about, I stopped in for lunch. Perfect day for sitting on the patio, so I did. LOVE the decor and Louisiana feel as I was led through the dining room to the patio. Menus were one-time use, 'rona friendly. All the usual precautions were in place along with many sanitizer stations. Everything sounded so good! Not your everyday fare. Had to order the house-made pork rinds appetizer. It was hard to choose, though, as several starters were intriguing. Love when those rinds show up fresh, hot, seasoned just right, still crackling from the fryer and such a large serving. Definitely one to share. Of course I ordered the fried chicken which toted two sides. Again, choices! Grits? Brussels? Potatoes three ways? Collards & Cabbage? Rumor has it that even the house salad is a treat as all the dressings are scratch and house-made. Well, when in Rome... Had to opt for red beans & rice and garlic mashed potatoes. The service was excellent and attentive. The proud owner was on hand to answer any and all questions and was so welcoming. So now to end the suspense, yes. The fried chicken was so good. The coating was crunchy and tasty over house-brined chicken. Three pieces on the plate. Had to get a to-go box as I could not finish it all. I was so disappointed that I had no room for dessert, but yet another choice may have been tough. Finishing options are Key Lime pie, Bread Pudding with pecan praline sauce and Beignets. Just. Too. Full. Looking forward to my next visit to this amazing neighborhood spot. At just 2.8 miles from my house, I'm bound to become a regular. There is a full bar, lots of beers on tap and a list of specialty drinks to tempt as well. Truly a Fort Worth gem.

Staff was very helpful and attentive. We got the Boudin Balls which were amazing and some of the fried green tomatoes and okra. The entree was the past special, and very good, although not as spicy as I expected. Then we got the Key Lime Pie....which was to die for. Do not leave without a slice.

The food is always amazing. We had a table of 6, and for such a small kitchen everyone’s plate arrived pretty much at the same time. I just love this place. The fried chicken is not listed below, but you can’t go wrong ordering the fried chicken.

Just had an amazing meal and wonderful evening at Tributary Cafe! The food was fabulous, presentation was lovely, ambiance was relaxing and authentic, and the live music was outstanding. Our waitress, Margie was knowledgeable & friendly and made our evening extra special. The owner, Cindy was attentive, and all the staff were friendly & expressed gratitude that we were there. We will definitely be back soon! And oh my....the Bread Pudding!!
