Good Local Food. The place is often pretty empty which is a shame, because the food is pretty good. We've been multiple times and have not had a bad meal. Prices are reasonable and it's nice to have the choice between Mexican and Cuban in the same place. The inside is dated and smells a little, but those are only small drawbacks, as the food/staff/value more than compensates. Oh, and the mojitos are faaantastic.

Came during lunch time, and it wasn't busy at all. The food was definitely good. The drinks were also good. The best Mexican restaurant I've been to in awhile in the area, I will return, there's more things I'll like to try on the menu.

We sat at the bar and the food was amazing. I ordered the Cochinitas Achiote tacos and my only regret is I didn’t order any to go. Also pictured is the queso fundido.
I ordered their BOGO specials. Beef empanadas (3 per order) and pineapple cheesecake flauta. The food came very hot and fresh. The empanadas were juicy and flaky, not at all greasy. The flautas were absolutely divine, and I am not a sweets person! First time trying them and definitely won't be the last! Decent prices.
Great authentic food! Mexican and Cuban flavors. The food was brought out quickly, Hot and super fresh! Seriously down to the peppers in the fajitas were just so fresh!

What was ordered? - Churrasco Fajitas , Pork chimichanga and vaca frita with white rice, beans and plantains!
Roped off with a house Margarita that definitely hit the spot! One and done!

Overall experience was great, we ordered a plate from the Cuban side and one from the Mexican side. Service was really fast and the staff is very friendly and attentive. We were in fact surprised because the food was really tasteful and the plates are a good portion and they are not expensive. Definitely will visit again.
