90% about my experience was excellent. The food is 5/5, service was excellent (the two gentlemen were very respectful and customer service oriented), and atmosphere felt strong. I give a 4 star because the prices are a little crazy and you can't customize (that much). Just the meatball sub sandwich was $14... Drink and chips not included. And the customization was pretty minimal in comparison to Subway. I would admit the food does taste amazing and the portions are slightly larger here, vs Subway. I think I would probably rather save $6 and get a fully customizable sub at Subway, but if you're into higher end premium subs, Firehouse is your choice.
Wonderful Birthday treat...medium sub free. Easy order in app pickup in store. Chose time and day for your order to be ready. Friendly staff.
That need more deliveries because they were low on specific breads and chips.

Marcus, Jonia and Deondra make a fantastic team. I came in to order 2 subs this afternoon and they were busy. 3-4 people in the store ahead of me and a couple of grubhub/uber deliveries too. I was out of there in less than 10 minutes with a perfect order. The staff was courteous, friendly and obviously take pride in service.
I will be back to see this team. I hope the managers take good care of them as they are doing a great job taking care of the community.
I like their sandwiches better than Subway and other big chain competitors. They give more meat per sub and I like the taste of the bread. I also like them served warm. This day, though, my sub was made sloppily and it dripped all over. And, the order taker asked if I wanted it cut in thirds (bcz I was going to share it) and I said yes. It came out cut in half, then one half cut in half again. That's not thirds. It was poor training of the staff at that location, but I've always good luck at the one in WPB I've been to many times.
This was the most azing tasting sub I have had. The staff was friendly, fast and efficient. They recommend a perfect sub to get me hooked and coming back for more. It seemed a little pricy at first, but to me it seems to be worth every penny!!! Thank you Firehouse Subs
Had an issue and spoke with the manager Maurice. What a great guy. He rectified the situation and made everything whole. The steak and cheese and brisket were delicious
I was greeted immediately when I walked into the shop! The shop was very clean and fun upbeat music was playing behind the staff counter. I enjoyed the environment. My cashier was Ta-Ta Parrish and she was so polite and inviting while she took my order. I was a little confused on what I should order (since its been a while that I ate at Firehouse) but Ta-Ta was very kind and patient with assisting me in ordering exactly what I had in mind to eat. I will definitely come back soon! Great sub and wonderful service.
Location is kept fairly clean. I was there an hour before close and there was no wait. Had beef and cheddar brisket. I wanted to compare it to the Firehouse I order from in Tampa. The suppliers are different and I could tell some differences. The brisket was good but there was something about it that threw me off. Again it could have just been minor differences in flavor or texture due to supply variance.
I also ordered 2 cookies. They only had one chocolate chip left which was my preference. They allowed me to sub out one of the cookies for a brownie which I thought was more than fair. Given the opportunity I'd definitely give this place another try.
