The service here is great ! I was having a realllly realllly bad day ! I ordered Starbucks while at work and when I got it I noticed the writing on the cup and bags. What first stood out to me was the neatness of the handwriting and the way it was drawn. I draw, and write a lot because I love art so on average I knew how much time was put into it. What also stood out to me were the words .. “Have a great week” & “Today will be a good day “ . I literally bursted into tears. I needed that message . I ended up leaving work early and on the way home I called the Starbucks and asked who prepared my order and the person said “It was me , Kylie” . I told Kylie that I was having a terrible day, but the way she drew my name and the message she put on my items made my day better! She was very nice and I will always order from this Starbucks. I literally order every day lol . Customer service really means a lot to me so when I see people that go above and beyond it really touches me in a different way! Thank you Kylie 💕 for putting your heart in what you do everyday ! I noticed , so imagine how many other people did too that just didn’t call back :)
Nice atmosphere and great service. Also, there was good music being played. The store is very spacious so it's great for a coffee break and conversation with friends.
The baristas here are super friendly and they always put effort to get to know you and have your favorite drink ready in minds whenever you come and visit. I loved them. They’ve become my family. Thanks guys.

Very nice and cozy place. Good coffee and nice atmosphere. Also the staff was very kind.

Hit or miss. The line is either extremely long or it’s a quick in and out. My only annoyance with this location is that the operational hours aren’t consistent. Otherwise the customer service is great.
