Great Starbucks. The staff at this store is excellent. If you are a regular, they all know your name, your drink and they are always welcoming you into the store. Service is very prompt. I get a coffee there every morning. Parking lot is small but there is additional parking down the alley to the east.
Big thank you to the staff here. The gentleman who placed my order was friendly and provided prompt service. The young lady who made my drink made it sooo good! They even gave me a voucher because it took a little longer than expected which was totally fine. Thank you for starting my day with good vibes.
I have been to so many Starbucks locations throughout the country I lost count. This is BY FAR the best one. It starts with the staff. Absolutely, positively, the best staff I have ever encountered. Friendly, fast, funny, personable, etc. I could go on and on.
I LOVE going there in the mornings. It makes my day. They are lucky to have someone like Justin running the place. It seems like he works 24/7 and he ALWAYS, ALWAYS remembers what everyone drinks. He's like the Starbucks "Rain Man." Thank you for always making my experience so wonderful!
The only thing that could use improvement is the parking. Yikes! I always find a spot but sometimes it takes a little while.
Mobile Ordering was everything at this location. It's a popular spot so we ordered while driving up. The parking lot is wonky and it's hard to park big vehicles. The exit was cramped and one way due to nearby construction. I'm sure this will be relieved soon.
Upon entering, the Starbucks was clean, efficient and inviting. There was a line so I'm happy we pre-ordered. Our drinks were waiting freshly made with straws ready to be consumed. We will be back!
I like the parking lot. I have handicap and the spot is directly on the right when I pull in. The staff has always been nice. If I don’t understand what one of the beverages are they have no problem explaining it to me. I know Starbucks offers Pupchinos for free, but it’s Nice to go to locations like this where the Barista’s Gladly pour the whip cream in a small espresso cup or a kids cup And send you on your way with a smile.
This staff is so friendly I looked for a hidden camera. They are always very accommodating by answering my stupid questions and suggesting new things. I never thought in SoFla I would feel like I was back home in New Orleans - particularly in a big, nationwide brand like Starbucks - but this store is my favorite. I gave "Very Good" on decor because the parking is a major pain the a** at this location. I still only go to this location because of how nice they are.
Excellent location close to the Broward County Courthouse, so if you are on a schedule and plan to park in the courthouse parking garage, this place is very convenient for your needs...
It's a three (3) minute drive back to the garage... And if you are headed to the garage from this Starbucks by 07:15am, there is really no traffic to slow your roll...

Service is awesome but the location is terrible. Homeless are aloud to come in a sit down without even buying anything. I don't mind that but unfortunately the smell start getting terrible. Also at the parking lot was a homeless woman screaming at me profanity a getting close to my face obviously intoxicated.
I visited this Starbucks to purchase my favorite green tea latte. It's so good. I aldo also like their chilled green tea. The Syarbucks is located off Federal and Broward intesection very tight parking lot. The service is pretty good quick.
Always friendly staff. Always have gotten the correct items ordered. Parking is the only killer, but they try to minimize the inconvenience by having someone outside valet style handing you the food as you drive through.
