Chick-fil-a

I've stopped at this location a few times and always had nothing but the best service. On this particular night a few weeks ago, Tuesday October 24th, I was hungry after working all day on a certain TV show. I stopped at this location to get some food for my long 2 hour drive home. I went to the drive through and ordered. I pulled up to the window and handed my debit card to the employee working at the window and she handed me the combo that I ordered. I didn't get her name, but she was a young brunette. Anyway, she swiped my card and said it was declined. I was dumbfounded. I asked her politely if she wouldn't mind trying it again. She obliged, but it was still saying declined. I didn't have any cash on me, so I was going to give the food back. She said not to worry about it, and comped my meal. After I thanked her and pulled away from the window into a parking space, I opened my mobile banking app, and logged in. I then found out why my card was declining. It had been compromised earlier that day and someone had spent 204 dollars at a Dollar General store. Of course I didn't find out until my card didn't work at your Chick-fil-a. Anyway, I just wanted to express my gratitude and appreciation to the members of your team. I know that young lady didn't know the circumstances, and she didn't have to give me my meal for free, but she did. I genuinely appreciate the kindness. That's what makes Chick-fil-a so different from other places. On another positive note I was able to get my money back from the bank despite having to get a new card and number. Thanks again Chick-fil-a Fayetteville!! You all rock! I will definitely stop by again in the future when I'm down that way. God bless.
