What amazing service and the fresh wood fired food was delicious! We got garlic bread knots and they were so fluffy and buttery. Then our made-to-order pizzas were perfect and came out hot and fresh. I love wood fired pizza and it was perfect. We loved being able to have our own pizzas made to our preferences. Plus the beer, cider, and root beer on tap was the right compliment to the food.
We dropped in for lunch yesterday and had a great experience. This place is so clean and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food was awesome, we got the pizza roll and the new chicken Marsala pizza. It was so delicious. And ladies the bathrooms were spotless (always a measure of a restaurants care and cleanliness). The view is fun too I can’t wait to try another menu item. We will be back !!
Might very well be the best pizza spot in Fairbanks. The pizza is thin crust and pretty simple. Wife and I split a pie and their east ramp salad. Came hungry and left happy. Beer was spot on as usual. Fun to watch the airport snow removal as we relaxed too. Will be going back (perhaps too often)
The best crust in town, and love their garlic spread. When you get in there, there's an amazing view of an active airfield😩 and you can look straight into the wood fueled oven and see the pies. The customer service is top. Highly recommend.

I got the Beechcraft Bacon Basil pizza and a root beer. They were both really good. I missed the view out over the airport as it was winter and it gets dark around 4 pm.
I ate half and took half home for breakfast the next day, because old pizza for breakfast is really good for your digestion and health......(no comment)
