Stopped in to take advantage of the half priced drinks. Love that there are tons of combinations u can choose from. Today I added a grilled cheese, it looked amazing....but didn't have as much flavor as I hoped. The bread was toasted perfectly but it wasn't buttered. And i think that's what was missing.

Had a unfortunate encounter today. My son ordered for the family and our other son ( who was busy with homework) offered to pick up the food. He went to stall 5, pushed button and waited… and waited. After seeing others coming after him and immediately start talking to someone, he go out of the car and spoke to csr personnel who informed him the food was on its way. He went back to car and a few moments later a young lady arrived with the food, at which point my son reiterated again that he had been waiting after pushing the red button and to prevent it from happening to others to address the intercom issue. The young lady didn’t apologize, or expressed any sympathy & just walked away saying she’d let Management know while my son was still talking to her. My son returned home to find out he was missing items, so he tried calling but the line was busy nonstop, so he went back again. Bear in mind, that my other son who placed the order is disabled and loves Tea and cheeseburgers, so this was a huge deal for him, more than the norm for any family to eat out. Upon going back he asked for the manager, a young man who said he’d recently been transferred there, but alas, he was courteous and immediately expressed the sympathy that was previously lacked and turned our frowns into smiles. Thanks again, and please get some more sweet Tea, our son loves it! Only reason why we didn’t give 5 stars is to reserve them for our next experience/ visit there!

Everytime i go im supper happy. The food is always fresh and the orders come out fast. Unfortunately today that i was in a hurry with all my boys, they gave me some old chicken pop corn. It was hot but old. The chicken inside was not even white no more. Can't go back to the store today. I gave 5 stars cause they have always been on point with everything.
One of my favorite places to stop by to eat when I'm short on time, I order online and they always have everything ready.
First time. They did their job and hit it right with my special requests for most of my order. Flavor is superb, they must have took their time. Keep up the good work.
They always forget to add the real fruit to slushies. It's happened to me every single time I order one from this location.

Why go to McDonalds anymore. The kids' meals at Sonic are better in every way and cheaper. A number 1 at Sonic is $5, and it's pretty big. A pretty underwhelming double cheeseburger without a meal is almost $4. Sonic is an absolute score as far as value and quality. And this Sonic has solid service.
