5 for food, 4 for consistent business hours. The hours are posted, however, they at times tend to deviate from them drastically by using the 'will be back in x hours' sign. They speak little to no English but will make the effort to take care of you regardless. I sent the wife in who speaks no Espanol and they provided excellent customer service to ensure she was taken care of regardless. The torta bread is warm, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Large in size as well. The fries are decent but do require some additional seasoning. The barbacoa is flavorful, and juicy. Personally I ask for no avacado as it upsets the texture balance of the sandwich, and their salsa verde is spicy as all hell but you'll keep pouring more on because it's just that addictive. Great hole in the wall place with very fair prices and friendly service with a very clean establishment. Superior in every way to 'Rainbow Fountain' near Viscount.
Great size portions. And it's cheap. I will be visiting more frequently for lunch. Burritos are really good.
TORTAS Y MAS. I would dare to say that this place has the BEST TORTAS in El Paso hands down!!!! Very reasonable prices, outstanding food.
I’ll start off by saying this restaurant is very well managed and maintained clean floors and tables and such a smile friendly staff. I was hungry and didn’t want the same old fast food breakfast so I came across Tortas Y Más for the first time and I do have to say I will be returning to try many more menu items! Great tasting food!
Definitely the best torta I've ever had. My friend has tried a lot of things on the menu and he loves them all. I hear the enchiladas are really good and they just started selling green ones. I look forward to returning.
I really love getting the breakfast burritos here. They're a great price and delicious. The owner is such a sweet man. They also hv some yummy lunches. Here's an updated photo with new prices. Enjoy 😉
I decided to try this place since the place I normally get burritos from was closed early. The burrito I got from here was delicious and infact better tasting than the ones i get from my usual spot, but it was ridiculously too small and hardly had anything in it. I finished that thing in 3 bites and was still hungry!! I won't be back since those burritos are too small. I pay about a dollar or 2 more at my usual spot, and those burritos are huge!!! The size of my arm and I have leftovers for later. I gave this place 4 stars since the food was very good and the service was good, but the portion size is not good too small.
Whether your in the mood for Tortas, Burritos or Caldo. Tortas y Mas has it all. Friendly staff, great prices, and delicious food. If you are in the north east area , Tortas y mas is a must stop. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Awesome tortas freshly made. All the toppings you want on a hot sandwich - onion, cilantro, tomato, avocado...It was delicious! The salsa was killer, too. I loved the green but the red packed a punch I really enjoyed as well. Very nice friendly service and I'm coming back again FOR SURE!
