Ordered online via their website and selected a pick in at the location. Meal took about 20 minutes estimated time but I got there q few minutes early and found that it was just being finished up. I tried the Chicken bowl and was surprised with the flavor. This is a great option if you are looking for something light. I would highly recommend!.
Went to celebrate Veterans Day, with the free meal. It was extremely crowded, had to wait 30 minutes. The wait was worth it because the food was delicious and service was good. The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient in getting customers in and served in an acceptable amount of time. They kept checking with us to make sure if we needed anything and that everything was ok. Had a great dinner here.
I haven’t been to Applebees in a long time, but I thought I’d give it a try again. My group and I were greeted by “Just Jon” with a friendly smile. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and helped find a dish to accommodate my dietary restrictions. Without his knowledge, I may have ordered the wrong meal that could’ve been deadly as he went to the back and checked the packaging for specific ingredients to ensure I was able to eat my meal. He always anticipated our needs for condiments, refills, and napkins before we even asked. Once we completed our meal, we decided to sit at the bar and enjoy a cocktail before ending the night. We were welcomed by Emily, again with the friendliest smile. We didn’t order specific drinks, just simply stated “surprise me”, and we weren’t disappointed! Cold drinks mixed to perfection. We’d have her make us “surprise” drinks again. I’ll be back to this restaurant because of these two. Highly recommend asking them for your experience.
Took my mom to Applebee's today for her birthday, that's one of her favorite restaurants. Im glad we took her because our server made it a lot more enjoyable, his name is Isaiah, super nice and literally memorized all of our orders (we were 5 in total) & everything was correct when we got our food. Super nice and even opened our door when we left, you can't find good service like that a lot anymore. Food was good and fast, great experience, hope he will be would server next time we go. 🙂👍
Our server Caro was great! She was pretty busy considering she had many tables, but always got us what we needed. She did a well job taking the empty plates as well as refilling our drinks. We will definitely be going back!!

New Manager, so it's been a lot better. Food has improved.

They finally fixed the tap, and beer is coming out cold.
It's been a month since their beer tap went out. Was told it would take another month before they fixed it. Management just doesn't care about their bar patrons. Will have to start going somewhere else.
Went to to have a couple of drinks before heading home and stayed longer than expected, Emily was tending bar and she made our night very enjoyable! We made conversion with her like if we've known her forever, very pleasant. Would definitely go back!
“Just Jon” was that man. I ordered a Classic combo, as it had everything I wanted & had been craving for fish & chips so I ordered that too. “Just Jon” was an all star & had our drinks always topped off & checked on us at exactly the perfect time throughout our meal. The only downside was my fries were kinda cold when they came out, but “Just Jon” must have read my mind cause he brought some fresh ones out as soon as I noticed they were a bit cold. I’ll be back again just because of the service!
We met early for lunch and the ambiance was wonderful and quiet. Mollie was super nice and attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Really enjoyed our time here.
Went out to eat today and we happened to have a girl named Nikki as our server, she was amazing. She gave some of the best customer service I’ve received in a while she was very kind and attentive. Next time we go over i’ll make sure to ask for her again.
