Been to many-a-Star B’s and just had to comment today after observing staff on their hands and needs cleaning up a spilled drink. There was no questions or concerns replacing the customers drink and took care of the customer immediately. I suspect the staff member was the store manager and need to commend her efforts, it is clearly a reflection of how the store is ran and if you are in the area, drive thru or dine-in service is equally efficient, friendly and are clearly bending to the occasion!!
The staff at MLK exit also have the virgin olive oil for your coffee and it is over the moon good. The people there are very patient with you if you've never ordered it before a big shout-out to Jen, but all of the people at that store are really nice and want to help you with your order of coffee. As the song goes they are simply the best.
Have been do the Starbucks at Lee Trevino and montwood really good experience consistently good service all Starbucks are different they go up and down but this one seems to be always good try it
The tortilla soup was so delicious and their presentation plates are beautiful! Very clean and friendly God bless you and your business successful

It's Starbucks. What more can you say? Well, if you must know. The entrance is hard to get in & out of. Very little parking. Also it's on an extremely busy street which makes the outside area hard to enjoy. Also being on the eastside there is a lot of ghetto people racing around like it was a Fast & Furious movie. I'm sure they don't mean to be obnoxious but that's what you'll experience when you're trying to enjoy your coffee. Other than those things service is great. Customer service is great. Oh & the staff hates Trump. So no President jokes.
Caramel macchiatos are cheaper here than at other El Paso Starbucks. this is compensation for making us listen to that loud music.
They were open at 630, friendly - typical Starbucks. I couldn't find any electrical outlets, which was a bummer.
I'm taking one star because one of the employees was doing his work very loud, slamming icer door, and other things. I'm very sound sensitive and it was very annoying for me. But the place is good
My coffee was ready to go and sooo so good! Friendly staff made our visit very pleasant
