Armin and Adrian went above and beyond for my meal! Their customer service was excellent and I am truly thankful they were working at the time I chose to go! Thank you! :)
So after attempting to speak with a manager with no avail, I was able to contact a district manager. I returned to the same location, the service was excellent, I even got crackers for my chili. I’m glad I have this restaurant a second chance, love their chili!!!
Sandwich was perfect and still warm by the time I got home. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the last time I went (6 months ago) my order was all messed up but they’ve seemed to really step up their game. Good job to you guys 👏
The food is as expected the Dave's double was good but the french fries were old, like early morning old. I didn't have the time to go in or I would have gotten some different fries. I got there around 11pm and there was trash all over the parking lot, don't know if it was the wind or just it not be cleaned as often.
This is a rather affordable place, and I find the food to be tasty. The place is usually clean, the staff is courteous, I've never had any issues with my order, as far as it being done wrong. The lunch time is definitely crowded whether you're dining in or using the drive thru, but that's to be expected during that time. The only reason I dock a star is because more often than not the food tends to be cold. Also, while you can get refills, the soda machine is located on the employee area so you have to constantly ask if you need a refill, I personally prefer having the soda machine on the dining area. Still a good place to try though.
Food was made to order, delicious and hot as well as made exactly as I ordered it online. Appreciate consistency as well as their customer service.
I love the food drive thru takes sometime though
Food and service was good, lobby wasn't kept very clean, most of the tables were dirty , wasn't wiped down, floor wasn't swept and mopped
