We had a wonderful time at Sonny’s Sushi Cimarron, where the sushi is fresh, delicious, and creative. Sidney our waitress was awesome and so sweet. Her recommendations were fantastic and the chefs were very skilled. I ordered the Lion King Roll, which was a perfect combination of spicy tuna, cream cheese, and avocado, topped with baked salmon and eel sauce. It was one of the best rolls I’ve ever had and the crab rolls were out of this world. The portions were generous and the prices were reasonable. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great sushi experience in El Paso.

Great food, service and atmosphere. These guys went all out for my son’s birthday, tambourines, fried ice cream, and singing. Well worth the money!
This place has one of the best vibes out there to go on a date! The sushi 🍣 is delicious and their famous “Mexican orgasm” leaves you craving more 🙊
Dip them in spicy mayo or eel sauce and if your a sushi purist 🙏.. then get some soy sauce and add a lil wasabi and you’re 💯
They also have some really good cucumber kimchi!

The menu can be a little intimidating as there is an abundant choice of sushi rolls you can pick from.
We had three different sushi rolls. The Las Vegas Roll, Hawaiian, and the Sunshine (or Sunrise?). All were great.
I asked our server if the sushi chef had daily sushi specialties he made, but no. I thought that was a shame because I enjoy going to Sushi restaurants and tasting the chef selection or the chef specialty roll for the day. Sometimes those rolls are better than what's on the menu and it gives more "artistic freedom" for the chef to make delicious rolls.
Overall great value for the food received. Good service and great atmosphere.
Jackie was a very funny and energetic server. Her laugh was great. Food came out fast. I ordered a Las Vegas roll and was kind of disappointed with it because it was pretty plain. I wish it had come dressed with eel sauce or sesame seeds or something.
Don't get me wrong, the Vegas roll wasn't a deal breaker or anything, it was still delicious as is! Everything else we tried was tasty. Crab meat puffs, rainbow roll, their featured Spicy Tuna Tostada, and 6 piece sashimi/nigiri were all excellent! We love it here
We recently celebrated my friends birthday dinner here. The service was very friendly and attentive. I always enjoy the various types of sushi rolls they have. Def recommend

Sunny's Sushi Cimarron is located on El Paso's West Side in a modern, artistic, and newer shopping center at Cimarron Square with plenty of bars and restaurants in close proximity. The atmosphere is comfortable, clean, nicely lite, and well decorated with table seating, a few booths, and small bar area. They also have a outdoor covered patio with plenty of table seating in the event the indoor dining area gets a little crowded.
The preperation, presentation, taste, and quality of the appatizers and sushi rolls I ordered were excellent. I wasn't expecting the quality to compete with other sushi restaurants I've tried around the world. However, I was pleasantly suprised with the quality and everything from start to finish was amazing including the service. I recently moved to El Paso from Dallas and I'm happy I discovered this place. I will definitely be back to try more of the menu..

Definitely one of the best Sushi places in El Paso! Food is delicious and service is first class. The variety of rolls and other dishes is excellent. Lunch specials are great at very good prices. A great place to have lunch or dinner as a family of with friends!It has a great atmosphere with good decorations.
