Bella Cora is by far my most favorite place in El Paso! It doesn't matter if I pop in on a good or bad day, I always leave there happy. Great treats, great staff, and great atmosphere!
Bella Cora is by far the best! I remember one day when they first opened up and I had come from Okinawa with my husband and twin boys at the time and we had some pretty amazing pastries. I still remember what they taste like and the macaron(is that how it is spelled) cookies are delicious and the lemon ones are my favorite!
Absolutely love how fresh and organic this place is. The ingredients are natural and the brand is transparent about how everything is made. There is indoor seating and all the unique desserts are delicious and colorful. I enjoy how friendly the workers are. They are located in a little nook and is a rare gem in El Paso. Prices are moderate, considering the desserts are refined and made with quality ingredients. If you're in the area, have a sweet tooth and don't necessarily feel like ice cream or frozen yogurt, I highly recommend visiting Bella Sucre.
I was craving something with chocolate for a few days and had decided to give Belle Sucre a try. I wanted a "taste" and not a huge dessert. My husband went in and brought out a variety of items for he, our sons and myself to sample. All of the items were absolutely wonderful! The Chocolate Éclair was magnificent! You can tell they take great pride in their work. Heaven.. sheer and perfect heaven!
My craving is now satisfied and I can continue happily with life.. I am in love with Belle Sucre!
Had the cream puff and rosewater macarons, soo yummmy, will be going back! Kinda pricy but worth it, fine quality. The coffee was even great! Lovely place.
Some people can be sooo grouchy. I have eaten italian pastries in Italy and I still say this place has amazing desserts and croissants! Seriously, they are best I've had since living a major "foodie" city Seattle. Love this bakery...very nice decor, people are nice, desserts are gorgeous.
Finally got to try it.... I have been by a few times in the later part of the afternoon and the pickings were slim so I just try to come by earlier, but it's across town for me so not easy. I would say to stop by early if you want a better selection. I went around 2 and finally got to get a little bit of everything. I loved the caramello cake. I liked that when you walk in you can see everything. The complete chaos of everyone working in the kitchen was neat.
Belle Sucre is by far one of the best bakeries if not, the best bakery to open up in El Paso. It's full of incredible baked goods that you will never forget the taste of creating a longing for more. No it isn't perfect and it will have it's bad days, but it is a fantastic place to treat a sweet tooth.
Belle!! Where have you been all my 63 years! I have traveled...now where compared to some. But your bakery makes me fell like I am on a jorurney to Europe! Macaroons( my first) were tender and the fillings creamy. The Maple Bacon I was hesitant to taste was just the right hint of flavor. My palmier(?) was a perfect balance if crisp yet tender flakiness of butter. The cranberry orange muffin aroma met with the texture of the muffin base perfectly. I also tried the layered puff pastry layered with cream thingies and the marriage of butter and just enough sweetness I can't even praise enough! Look out El Paso a real bakery is here to stay..I hope! Prices are on oar for the quality! Next we try the breads!

Paris in El Paso!!!. I never thought such a beautiful and amazing bakery could actually be bestowed upon El Paso. The prices are commented on vastly, but this place has brought so much joy into my pastry loving life. After coming home from visiting Paris for a month, I never thought I could taste those delicate and perfect pastries again, but Belle Sucre works wonders. Their croissants are the most buttery, flaky, fluffy puffs of joy that triumph greatly over some delicious ones I tried in Europe. You can really tell how much passion is put into the desserts and bread from tasting and savoring it. They have authentic pain au chocolat just as brilliant as in Europe! The macarons are simply lovely. So far from all the flavors of macarons they have had, I really find the vanilla macaron to be the best. The texture of the filling is like having an angelic cream melt in your mouth.. it's ethereal. I have a huge obsession with fancy desserts and Belle Sucre is the BEST place for them in miles. Such a beautiful place. No one should miss out on the opportunity to try such amazing treats!
Jonathan has the most beautiful most delicious baked from scratch goods I've ever had in El Paso. Definitely worth every penny!

My friend Carrie made a purchase of chocolate covered apples for xmas and gave me one. Delicious. I wish my diet allowed more bread and sweets. I can't think of anything bad to say about this place.
I am so glad that I found this bakery! Everything was so delicious. I tried a loaf of French bread, cream puff (huge), eclairs, fruit tart, macarons (coffee and chai). Must stop whenever in El Paso.
When looking for macrons in El Paso, the best ones that I've found is right here! The Lemon, Earl Gray, Vanilla, and Irish Cream were the best ones there. Word of warning though, the chocolate macron is absolutely horrible!
I bought a variety box for my birthday boy and oh my! They all tasted delicious! I bought the Matcha cheesecake, the lemon cheesecake, the sunny side up, the berry tart, the cannoli and the tiramisu. I loved how they are not too sweet. Our favorite, the berry tart. I finished the tiramisu and the sunny side up. After doing this, I recommend a variety box for a birthday, rather than buying a cake that is one flavor for all. I also bought some bread including the croissant 🥐 an apple fritter with bacon 🥓 and pecans, a cinnamon bun and a cheese danish and I loved the taste of all. My faves were the apple 🍏 fritter and the croissant. The picture only shows half of the apple fritter and the cinnamon bun 😋
I love this place. The desserts and pastries are all aesthetically pleasing to the eye and they're ALL delicious too. Today we had a lemon lime mini cake and a lemon blueberry tart and they both were decadent and delicious. I highly recommend this spot! The desserts are a bit pricey but only because the quality of the desserts are on point. Oh! I've never really liked macaroons until I ate a rose flavored one today from here, it was perfection.
The macaroons Are so good! Everything is so cute and you can tell they put love and effort in their pastries. ❤️ the person in the front was super nice and helpful too. Will be coming back!
Got a berry cheesecake for a birthday with extra berries and chantilly. I've ordered bagels, cookies, macarons, croissants, specialty personal sized treats and they're all delicious. I will definitely continue to go back for sweets and/or breads. I recommend this place to anyone to at least try it out once. You can place your orders on their website in advance or call ahead.
There are so many wonderful pastries and bread selections here, I love coming and seeing all the different types so I can try something new each time. The front staff is very nice and helpful, and all I can say is Bella coras creations are delicious and I'll keep coming back, especially for the cream puffs 🙂

The desserts are beautiful and delicious! The prices might seem high compared to other local bakeries, but after eating the desserts they seem like a steal. Each item feels carefully constructed and is a delight to every sense. On top of quality products, the gentlemen at the counter today was so kind, knowledgeable, and patient! I didn’t know what to get and he explained the different items, was helpful with dietary restrictions, and made the whole experience very pleasant.
Amazing bread and desserts. Every detail is full of flavor. You gotta try them, it's like eating candy clouds in heaven. The cheese bread omg!!! My mouth waters just thinking about the berry tart, it took me like 15 minutes to eat the tart cus I had to enjoy every single item on it. I love carbs.... #supportlocal

This trendy bakery brings the LOOKS, FLAVOR, and SELECTION. This is a traditional bakery where when they sell out, that's it, G, so show up early. I appreciate that as it guarantees freshness and some of the traditional Mexican bakeries in town DO NOT STACK UP. They are bringing the variety of baked goods that are NOT traditional.
I HAD:
blueberry eclair: amazing. slaps. ratio of cream to jam, superb. I found the dough to be very doughnut like but it still had the light, crispness that I expect in an eclair.
nutter butter: THE SNAP ON THE BISCUIT IS AMAZING. like what? good for yall for getting the butter/flour right because it coulda gone cookie but AHHHHH the buttercream peanut butter doesn't overwhelm, just awesome.
macarons: rose, vanilla, animal cracker; slaps. had the squishy/crunchiness that the American macarons lack. I thought the specialty macaron had more bounce to it. really great filling. I thought the flavors were good, bright, while still allowing to taste the airiness of the cookie.
