Great spring rolls. Great crispy noodles. Badddd pork chop. Everything else is ok. What else needs to be said. Zomato is about to die. Good or bad....why do you need to write 140 characters to say good or bad. That’s why I NEVER look at trip adviser. Pontification not acceptable.

Great food and great service. Staff is full of young and energetic kids. I always get the lemon grass tofu noodles. Amazing. I've seen other menu items and they look great but that tofu always calls my name. Damn you delicious tofu, why can't you loosen you grip on me so that I may try other dishes?!?! Green tea Boba is also great, but I always ask for easy sugar or else you get a really sweet drink which is not my style. The restaurant itself is small and tucked into a very crowded mall strip. Parking is usually bad there since there are multiple busy establishments in the same strip. I would recommend ordering take out during lunch hour as it gets packed and very busy. Super close to ft bliss so it will usually be filled with large military groups. The dinner rush isn't so bad. Order and pay at the bar, and they bring your food to your table. Side note: I've noticed the hours posted on Zomato are off so Google their hours if you're not sure.

This place is my other go to on the east side of the mountain. It's like all the other pho tre bien. Although each one has its own unique traits. This one is more for a quick bite and go back to work feel. Equally as good however. And they have the self serve fountain drink. Sometimes there are flies that bug ya, but it's busy for a reason. Because it a good. Plus the service is still great.

There is only one negative that I can think of regarding this place and that is its limited seating. Due to its proximity to Fort Bliss and WBAMC it is always packed at lunch, and rightfully so. Like real ramen, pho broth is meant to take on the inherent flavor of the soups main ingredient. When it's done wrong, you get a generic soup with bits of whatever the soup is stocked with sitting wanly at the bottom. When it's done right, as it is here, the pho takes on the flavor of the focused ingredient and becomes an aromatic collection of ingredients successfully complimenting each other. Usually with soups you are satisfied for about half an hour. With this soup you're fulfilled for hours.

Pho Tre Bien basically pioneered Vietnamese cuisine in El Paso, so it was only a matter of time before the El Paso staple expanded. Instead of opening another full service location, owners decided to open a stripped down express version in the northeast near highway 54. The tiny, divey location embodies everything a pho joint should be – generous portions, good prices and fresh and flavorful comfort food.

It’s almost a requirement to order spring rolls here, which come in pairs wrapped in rice paper and stuffed with rice vermicelli noodles, vegetables and your choice of grilled beef, chicken, shrimp, pork or tofu and a side of creamy peanut dipping sauce. Other appetizers include fried eggrolls, lumpia rolls and fried chicken wings marinated in Asian spices. Another requirement is ordering a large steamy bowl of pho. Fragrant beef broth is served over rice noodles with the option to garnish with bean sprouts, cilantro, basil, fresh jalapenos and lime. Pho options include rare steak, brisket, meatballs, chicken, shrimp, veggies and tofu or a combination of meats. If you’re indecisive,

I thought the pho, grilled pork chop was supposed to be the best of a vietnamese restaurant....until I tried their curry chicken with rice. Order the takeout and they will give you a tall cup of curry that is also a good mix with bread and noodles.

I do like just about everything they offer, BUT be prepared to wait a LONG time for your food. It is best to call it in if you can.

Fabulous food. The soft wrapped summer(?) rolls were huge, totally fresh, and lovely. Nice peanut dipping sauce. I had two vermicelli bowls on two nights, one chicken one beef. They were both delicious and more than I could eat comfortably, which didn't stop me finishing. The combo of cool noodles and hot grilled meat and lots of fresh vegetables was lovely, one of my favorite combos. I introduced a friend to Vietnamese food there, and she loved it.

Great When You Need A Good Healthy Meal To Go - Better than a drive-thru. I love taking home the rare steak pho. They arrange everything so well when you take it to go. It comes with plenty of veggies & delicious noodles. I also love their coconut water which has some pretty big chunks of meaty coconut in it and the strawberry bubble tea I had there was great.

Great food. I thought it better than Chinese. The beef and potatoes was fantastic. Loved the lemonade. Will definitely become a regular customer. Glad a friend recommened Pho Tre Bien to me.

My first time going to Pho Tre Bien Express and the food was decent. The shrimp had really great flavor! The rice was a little dry but overall I enjoyed the restaurant food and setting.

Delicious and unique taste in recipes. Pho Tre Bien is the best place in El Paso to get your food cravings and taste buds satisfied. It is way better than the one at freedom crossing, Phi Tre Bien is more authentic and worth trying.

Small restaurant. Must order at the front and they will bring the food to your table. Food was good but the boba was disappointing, the boba wasn’t chewy and sweet, loved the shrimp spring rolls. Service was good. The table we picked had dirty chairs with some noodles left on it, so they need to work on their cleaning.

I always get their Chicken Pho to go. Great potions, fast service, I highly recommend this place. The last time I had chicken pho like this was in California.
