Eastside location is on point!!! Sara our server was awesome and the sushi and Hibachi was to die for! The Mexican organism and Las Vegas sushi rolls are a must to get!
Only sushi place in El Paso I will ever eat at again! I am from California where sushi is fresh and amazing. This place is definitely up there. I been to a few places out here and nothing compares to here!best sushi in town.

My husband recommended Sunny’s as a good sushi spot and highly recommended their crab Rangoon. I absolutely love crab Rangoon so of course I gave in and decided to give them a try!
We visited on a weeknight for dinner and were seated right away. The restaurant was fairly busy for it being a weeknight but the service was still great! Our waiter came out right away to get our drink order. I asked him for a recommendation for their flavored Sake and he suggested the white peach so I ordered that. It was good! Very strong. But I liked it.
My husband and I each got our own order of crab Rangoon. Let me tell you, they did NOT disappoint! I’d honestly get two orders just for myself, it was so delicious. For my main dish I got the California roll. I know, I’m very basic. But honestly it is my favorite! I think we may have come on an off day for them because the rice used for the sushi rolls was a bit dry. But it wasn’t unbearable. They also give free miso soup and pickled cucumbers. Very tasty!
I’d definitely come back for their crab Rangoon alone! Service was great too, I’ll be back again.
Fantastic food! Sushi rolls were very tasty and delicious. Great Freshness and very meticulous preparation and presentation. Service was excellent and very polite answering questions.
I love the sushi, any kind they serve is delicious, and the stir fried noodle with vegetable. For appretiser recommend the crab meat puff. The staff is very welcoming and great service! I love this place!
We arrived with a party of 12 on a Sunday, mid-afternoon and were not expecting the restaurant to be very busy. It was, and we were on the fence about going to another place due to the wait when Rudy, the GM stepped in and ensured we were sat promptly by reorganizing some tables. Our server, Destiny, was amazing. Most folks know that sometimes when you’re out with a large party, things can get out of hand—food comes out at different times, orders forgotten, etc. Absolutely none of that happened during our visit. Perfect service and a great customer experience from beginning to end. Absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and dining experience.
Sunny's is the whole dang experience. From the decor to being greeted by all the staff when you walk-in the door. And the food is fantastic! Our personal favorite was the Lion King Roll (bottom right in the picture).
Great place that we often stop in for lunch. I typically get the lunch box with steak, which comes with rice, sushi, etc. The beef bulgogi is great as well. Recently we tried the spicy beef ramen and it was awesome. Friendly staff and the food has been great each time.
I ordered Osaka Sushi roll.. it was delicious.
My husband ordered beef & shrimp Tepanyaki, amazing! I’ll will recommend this place to everyone!
A place I enjoy very much, my number one place for birthdays, anniversaries and just to catch up with friends or have a meeting with a business acquaintance. Their sushi always tastes fresh and is made properly and gives ample amount of every ingredient. Their sushi rice is fragrant and light. I highly recommend this restaurant! (2019)

So, 4 years later, and this place still hits hard! I ordered the Hae Dup Bop and two rolls, absolutely great service, the cost was great. I had 2 rolls, a dish, nigiri, an appetizer and some house sake for 84$. That's a very good price. Also, their cucumber kimchi is excellent!
I visited during a very busy time of the year with a friend, it was the day before Christmas eve. I arrived at around 12. Was immediately greeted and sat down. Our server, Yoshi, was very attentive and informative on the menu. We ordered 2 appetizers, a hot tea, a coffee, 2 entrees, 1 sushi roll, 2 desserts. The matcha tiramisu was still frozen and we did not like so we ordered the lemon cake but we didnt like either. The lemon cake was also frozen, very tart, it tasted more like a key lime pie and also do not recommend it. Everything else was amazing, would still highly recommend this place. Yoshi really made it a great experience.
We had a great time meeting friends at this “new to us” establishment. Everything exceeded our expectations: the food, presentation, service. Excellent!! We will definitely be back!
