The best Korean food ever!!! I was surprised by the side dishes, lots of variety and very tasty. Besides, the fried chicken is a must try item, mustard sauce is never lose, please try it if you have no idea which one is good, you’ll not disappoint.
It’s already my second time within a month, I love it!
Had seafood tofu soup and came with rice and banchan. Service was a bit slow but it makes sense since they were busy. Regardless, the server was very kind and gave wonderful service. food came out at a reasonable time and was so delicious!
I absolutely love this place! Food taste great and excellent service. I am vegetarian and my favorite is the Soon-Du-Boo vegetable - delicious. And the complimentary free side dish is THE BEST!!! 5 STARS*****
We've been eating here for a few years now, and I just realized we never reviewed it. We come here when we miss food from Korea. This place is awesome, pretty much every menu item is well made. Usually a restaurant will be good at a few menu items and the rest will be filler, but not here. Every time we eat here, we're contemplating just how good the food is. To top it off, the price is reasonable. We eat here every 2 weeks or so, it's almost embarrassing.
Our favorites: 🍿 치킨 (no sauce), 돌솥 비빔밥, 해물/김치 파전, 잡채.
The service is usually good, depending on staff.
fav mom and pop korean food place in the east bay. lovely fried whole/half chicken. my fav was soy & garlic and also sweet & spicy. rice cake with cheese and ramen was really good. stews are soul warming on cold days. very friendly staffs and accommodated our large party at short notice
Dined in. No rezzies accepted on weekends. Lots of veggies in the japjae, and the kimchi pancakes were awesome-not to bready, not to soggy. Dolsotbibimbap came out scorching hot, as did the tofu soup. Great side dishes, offered to refill. Tabletop gochujang was delicious and had a nice little kick. I'd definitely recommend...
