This store is located inside a hospital . To order you have order from outside via phone you are not allowed in hospital unless your a legit visitor. limited parking near main entrance doors. I ordered for someone else who was very satisfied with the food. You have to call to order yet call will tell you number is invalid it is you have to keep calling same phone number.
I normally grab a bite to eat here when I visit my doctor's at the Harper Profesional building. Today I had a surgery and couldn't go inside 🙃 so my driver waited in the car with me and I ordered a pickup order. Service was fast, quick and tasty food. I waited about 7 minutes for my food which is great because there was two calls ahead of me for pickup. I highly recommend this location, as the volume in Michigan is always more demanding because of the limited locations.
Being that it is only two of these lovely establishments in metro area and seeing how I didn't know that one even existed in the hospital, it was only right that I venture down to the lovely Chick-fil-A to see if all the rumors were true...
And this place is absolutely amazing!!
The customer service here beats all other chains of restaurants in it's category hands down. Your food arrives literally minutes after ordering and it is brought to you, whether you are dining in or carrying out. Dining in was a wonderful experience as Sarah came over more times than she should have to see if we were okay, refill out drinks and even talk K-Pop with us. The best host ever!!!
If you are thinking about trying Chick-fil-A, it is totally worth the trip. The chicken was moist and juicy, perfection in my opinion. It just melted in your mouth, making question if I even had to chew it.
I cannot express this enough, make the trip! You will lot be disappointed! And thanks Sarah for the wonderful service!
Delicious location that is somewhat hidden inside of the Hospital. It has a full menu though, plenty of seating, and an attentive staff despite not being in a stand-alone building. The food was also top-notch; I would show you a picture, but I ate it before I could snag a pic! Will definitely be returning. NOTE: if you park at the hospital parking structure, there is (currently) a $4 parking fee. It’s worth it though.
I just came through for a spicy chicken meal with Colby jack cheese and a regular chicken with extra pickles and it was DELICIOUS! Shout out to Veronica that took my order and complimented my fit. 🤘🏼
