My business has interacted with Shawn Jones Catering a number of times and I have to say I now know the difference between a cook and a Chef. The man takes pride in his work, and just loves to cook a good meal, He is formally trained in the art of cooking and believes in quality. I do think his Lasagna is the best I have ever had. A real quality person and business that I highly recommend.
