This place is so nice. They are pleasant on the phone, no matter how many times you call back. The order is always correct. I recently changed over to Papa Johns from those other guys (Pizza Hut) because they were so rude to me and I feel as if I have been welcomed into a new better pizza store. The deals are awesome and I always have some great coupons in my inbox. Thank you Papa Johns for making dinner a pleasure a again.
Tonight I ordered over the phone and got great service, even with special delivery instructions. She said 35-40 min, driver showed up in about 30 and was friendly. Great service and pizza, can't ask for anything else. Thanks Papa!
I had a relatively poor experience last week with the way the pizza I ordered was delivered. I called the location on 72nd and Pecos to let them know and I spoke with Willie. He took care of the issue by offering me a free replacement anytime. I called today for the pizza and Willie answered the phone and remembered me and the issue. Very impressed! That level of integrity and customer service does not happen anymore these days...thank you Willie
This store always comes through~~~~I wanted an up to 5 topping lg pizza that they had advertised ( I had bought a few lately) and they said the sale ended 2 days ago! This was the store at 8025 Sheridan Blvd. I then proceeded to call this store on 7245 Pecos St. and had NO problem getting this pizza for the advertised price! This store is further away from my location and always could deliver to my home and the other store does not! I have become a pick-up person. AGAIN.... THANK YOU for making my day and night much better!!!!!
Got a pick up and everyone in this location was really nice and the inside was very clean! Didnt get names but they worked around 5 pm on October 9th ! Thank you for your great customer service and friendliness! Pizza was cooked perfect and was very good!
The Pizza From This Papa John's was really good. The delivery was fast. The only thing I could complain about was the driver didnt bring any parmesan cheese or red peppers. I will order from here again.
GREAT DELIVERY TO HOTEL !!! It was very thoughtful of our delivery driver to bring paper plates & napkins when delivering to our hotel room !!! Pizza was hot & delicious!! Papa Johns Pizza is our favorite at home & it was nice to have it while traveling :) !!!
Every time I order large orders for company lunches they do a fantastic job. Timely and I dont have to stress about it. Big help too! Getting all my pizzas to my car.
I had a wonderful experience with a young man here! The staff was very friendly and one young man answered all my questions with absolute patience, I believe he said his name was Connor and I want to thank the staff for providing such a delicious pizza and a wonderful store to walk into!!
