I go to this location about twice a week. Majority of the time I have a great experience. Staff is always nice. The store is rather clean considering a lot of foot traffic including homeless. The only reason I am not giving a full 5 stars is the issue with food on the warmers. I have been in more than once and have been told "those are old and you don't want to eat those" I wish freshness was consistent.
Only cause I used to work at 7-Eleven myself, why are the two best employees only making minimum wage? Rob makes orders runs the store by himself and stocks everything. Yet he definitely doesn't get the pay he deserves for the quality of service he provides to the customers.
I come to this exact location just for the two attendants, Rob and Jose. Not only are they the only guys I trust for my fresh food. They are always happy to help me and they keep their store clear of outside problems(theives) and the store stocked. I don't think I've ever been in and Robs not stocking shelves.
Best damn 7-Eleven in the city. If you can't handle the city folk that's on you. Imagine working here at 3 am when stuff gets wild and having to stock the shelves at the same time. Have some respect, they run a tight shift.
I lost my iPhone earlier tonight and became very upset. I realized I must have left the phone there. I stormed in the store and was pretty rude to the clerk. I wanted to apologize to the clerk if he sees this. I feel pretty aweful about how rude I was. Anyways, I have always liked this 711. The clerk that was working tonight was very professional and helpful. It was obvious he was doing the best he could.
As a man of the cloth I never see too many convince store employees that actually care about their customers, keep the store stocked, clean, and free of beggers. In all my years I wish there could be more employees like Jose and Rob.
Best staff ever! Everyone is so kind, friendly, and neighborly! It’s tough to keep a positive attitude in this neighborhood, but it’s honestly a great experience due to excellent staff. Dog-friendly too! 🐶
Guy who works nights is always super nice and cheerful. Makes the night better. Always super helpful
UT was the most helpful 7- 11 associate I have ever been in constant with. He was so knowledgeable. I will go out of my way to go to this location because of him.
