This place is such a nice place to grab a quick bite to eat. They're fast. They have gluten free options. They are decently priced. You can dine in or carry out. There's a lot of great options and the cauliflower rice is delicious!
I LOVE Pei Wei, and usually have an amazing experience. But by all means, avoid the fried cauliflower rice. Your meal will appear in a bowl of SOUP! Soggy & not appealing at all.
I haven't tried a lot here... but the shrimp fried rice is so good! Big portions, definitely a bang for your buck!
Met my brother at Pei Wei for lunch today. They have a great selection of food at a very reasonable price. Great location in Lowery near other shopping.
Food is decent. For fast food its pretty good. If you are expecting top tier authentic fare, keep looking. if your looking for quick, tasty food that's not super fat or greasy, its perfect.Anyway I ordered the wrong food the other day. I called back asked if they would let me bring it back. They made me a brand new order without hesitation. The staff is always courteous and extremely friendly. For that reason I will return. That and the fact that I live across the street! ( :
Went in once and had the slightest of disappointing experiences, the manager noticed my disappointment however and would not let me leave without making it better I told him it's okay because I still ate the food it wasn't a big deal. (But he made me promise to come back and he promised it would be better)The next time I was in there was 3 or 4 months later and the manager still remembered me as soon as I walked through the door. The food and everything was perfect from then on and he also comped my meal for that day. Best customer care I've almost ever experienced THANK YOU
Shelly is the best!! I haven't been here in awhile, came in today and was greeted with a smile and a positive attitude. The lunch rush was busy (as expected) and my order took a little longer than usual. Shelly apologized for the extra time and offered complimentary beverages while waiting. The food may take awhile but the customer service is always spot on.
Had some really great service today. Went in to order a meal to-go. Needed to wait out in my car because it’s so hot out and I have my dog with me. The woman (Alyssa) taking my order then had me point out my car and offered to bring my food out to me when it was ready. Have always had good experiences at this location, but this really went above and beyond, and it’s appreciated!! (Especially by Dixie dog 🐶)

What great service- I called to place an order and the employee who took the order was delightful.. she kept it simple, which was perfect because I wasn't feeling all that well and didn't want to go in circles with anybody-and as she read to me the sides I could choose from and I replied asking her what I should get- she had an answer for me - confidently in her undertone assuring me that I made the right choice by asking her-- and she finalized the order. I was working a shift at a nearby business and when I told her I could probably run in real quick in like 5 minutes she insisted on me staying put... she would take it over to me.... and within 5-7 minutes there she was... smiling and assuring me that she hopes I enjoy my meal.. WOW.. I already started to feel better.. and the food was delicious....
Service industry attracts those who genuinely like to be of service or please others. Being given direction from other co workers and taking orders from customers all day doesn't assure that anyone is pleased. I would love to call her out by name ... I would love to say what I ordered and what she recommended .. but I'm going to save that for myself... maybe I'll start trusting others to have an opportunity to be more pleasing, and allow them to shine at what their ultimately attempting to be good at...
An "I told ya so" from me would've been a complaint based off an ORDER i felt was done incorrectly. An " I told ya so" from her was in the form of a confident smile, knowing that I'll be pleased with what we decided on...
As not feeling good is never on my agenda, I will say that being more pleased with my experiences now is.. and perhaps as a consumer that needs to start with me more often.. ;) thank you!!!!
I've never been to one of these restaurants as I typically can't eat at them. I have Celiac's disease and really can't eat at fast food places. I stopped in to check it out. I was told the sweet and sour chicken is one of my options and is really good. So I gave it a try. When I got home, I opened it and thought they gave me the wrong order. There was breading on the chicken and I panicked. I immediately called and spoke with Tim (General Manager). He reassured me it's potatoe flour and they use a dedicated fryer just for the gluten free food! I was so relieved!
I have to say, I haven't had sweet and sour chicken in YEARS and this was FABULOUS!! I'm hoping Pei Wei comes up with more gluten free foods and desserts!! If they do, I'll be sure to become a regular as they seem to know and understand how important it is to keep the fryers separate and how to make a true gluten free meal!!
