This place is the absolute best. If your trying to be a health nut and don't want a new bakery/sandwich shop to be addicted to, then your probably good to stay away. But if your looking to have the best $5 sandwich of your life and don't mind becoming addicted to an actual food item, then hit up Vin Xuong. There food is incredible every time I go, they have literally the most delicious pickled jalapeños I have ever eaten, and on top of all of that, they serve coffee and baked goods that are so tasty, it's downright UNFAIR. Everytime I go I end up with some delicious pastry filled with with coconut, sweet creme cheese, or some other decadent sweet filling. This place is absolutely my newest craving and I leave so full I wanna die for like $9.43 including my tip!! Okay so maybe $10 when I just decided that the nice cashier man not only earned my extra $1 bill, but also that annoying 57 cents I would have had jingling in my pocket all day. Better served in the Vin Xuong Bakery tip jar.
Best value for an amazing lunch in Denver! Our whole office gets banh mi here at least twice a month. It’s fresh, filling, and yet not nap-inducingly heavy. Grilled pork is a favorite, but I personally love the spicy tofu (add avocado for the full veggie experience!) Really can’t recommend this place enough.
This is the cutest bakery. The place is really small but there are many options and the smile of the lady in the counter is unmatched for! I come here for the Che dessert that is delicious and very affordable. I like the purple yam Che, 3-color bean Che as well as the taro and tapioca Che. The sesame balls are also great and there are so many desserts that I didn’t get to try. They close at 6:00pm, so you may want to plan your visit. The bakery is in the east far corner area, so if you are stopping by, you may want to check the nearby grocery store, a restaurant or two, and some of the other interesting stores in the area.
Great baked goods. The owners were very friendly, and welcoming which made the visit great. I had questions about what they offered and they took the time to assist me and offered to warm up the food. Great service, and hope to visit again whenever i'm in Denver.
This bakery is super cute and the food is delicious! I tried multiple steam buns and they are amazing! The staff are very nice as well. Grab a banh mi too!

tofu bahn mi or rice bowl. extra rice for me!
large taro or honeydew milk tea
sesame balls
Fresh, authentic, quality. I always get their Bahn Mi sandwiches(they have vegan options!) so flavorful, fresh baked bread, best in town. Don’t forget to grab some chili/sesame sauce with your meal from the table with utensils ect!
Service is always sweet, accurate and quick!
Sitting here now, the staff is amazing and so friendly, and due to the patrons that come here I was able to snag the last duck banh mi.
Food is awesome portions, incredibly fluffy bread, I bought 3 different banh mi on my first visit and i’m still wanting more.
Environment is also clean feeling with all the plants (s/o to the birds of paradise) and last but not least GET THE SESAME BALL
I've only had the combo bahn mi, and it was a journey through flavor between the crispy crust of the bread that yielded to a perfect springy airy body. The amount and proportion of the meats and pickled veggies and fresh herbs was just spot on! We actually came by the next day to get 3 to go for dinner that night.
I love this place and love the older couple that own and work this place, basically every day. They are a treat. Do not hesitate to give them a visit, but please remember it's all carry out. My favorite!
Always impressed with the bahn mi’s from this place! We love the barbecue pork best! One of the best sandwiches in Denver
Amazing grilled pork Bahn Mi and pastries. This place is perfect.
This Bakery is the original location, as there is a secondary location in the same shopping center as Costco and Pacific Ocean Market. The elderly lady who owns the shop is almost 70 years old, and she is a spry and cheerful shop owner. I went there when it was during Christmas time, so that was a long line of people. The line moved quickly. Although the shop is small, the selection is huge. They have everything from the long Chinese donut, to the bread that makes the Vietnamese sandwiches, as well as a very delicious Vietnamese sandwiches. The sandwiches come in the variety of flavors, BBQ pork or ham or my favorite combination. It used to be cash-only, but I think that's changed now to be able to accept credit cards. As of December 2019, Vietnamese sandwiches priced at $5. All prices there include taxes already.
