Deep Roots Winery & Bistro was so accommodating for our large group for Sunday brunch! Their mimosas are amazing (mix the OJ and Grapefruit Juice!) and I loved the french toast waffles! This is such a unique fun place for a girls brunch! Love the atmosphere, the workers were so helpful and friendly, and the food and drink were amazing! Can't go wrong when heading to Deep Roots.

My wife and I chose Deep Roots for our “welcome party” before our wedding day in April 2023, Primarily due to the location, the size of the space, and the options provided by both Deep Roots (wine and charcuterie/flatbreads) as well as Bierstadt (very specific beer choices, other limited specific food options). We had no regrets with choosing Deep Roots after the fact, but there were a couple items that came along with such a popular space: 1) no way of discerning one’s wine glass from another’s amongst a group of 30+, my wife and I ended up having our wine glasses taken by others throughout the night (hopefully an easy fix?). 2) when we initially reserved the group booking for the first Friday of the month, no one told us there would be Amateur WWE wrestling in the venue, until we literally walked in the door that evening. I have to be honest: the WWE wrestling was one of the highlights of our entire wedding weekend. No lie: one of the most unusually entertaining nights of our short lives. In hindsight: I understand why no one told us about the wrestling, because it might’ve meant losing the group res. Thankfully, we’re young and like to have a good time, but that could’ve gone terribly wrong for the right couple. 4 stars because the staff was doing their absolute best given the craziness this bar can clearly go through, lost a star because there should be an easy way to differentiate drinks in a crowded space, and IMO serving red/white wine in the same stemless glass doesn’t bode well for group parties. Maybe a fix for the future? We will be back. We loved the food. No one had any complaints in our group about the staff or the venue. If you’re not used to ordering from the bar… welcome to the future of short staffing and popular bars!!! Keep doing you DRW and BBG 🙏🏽👍🏽

I just hosted a party for a large group of my friends and I could not have been more impressed. The atmosphere is great, the food was amazing, the wine list is fantastic, and Cameron was an incredible server. He was very knowledgeable in all things wine, he just added to our experience. I will be back and highly recommend Deep Roots.

Absolutely LOVED it here. Had to find a place for a group of 30 people for a going away party and they were amazing to work with. Super responsive and made sure we were taken care of. They also only charged a deposit (which was just to ensure they had enough staff for the night) and didn't make you hit an absurd spending limit. The space was fantastic and service was amazing. Seriously can't thank Deep Roots enough for the great send off for my sister!

We've worked with Deep Roots on both our Wine Walk and our RiNo Food Tour and love their staff, their wines and their space. Wine is made and aged in the warehouse space where their tasting room is. If you come at the right moment you can see them processing grapes from California but also from the Western Slope of Colorado. The family story behind the winery is wonderful and they also do seasonal wine centered cocktails and small bites. Check em out!

Deep Roots Winery in Denver is a must-visit spot for wine lovers. The winery offers a fantastic selection of wines, and the tasting room is cozy and inviting. However, what really made my visit memorable was the excellent service from the bartender, Rylee. Rylee was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout my visit. She was happy to answer any questions we had about the wines and even recommended some fantastic food pairings. She made us feel welcome and comfortable, and her passion for wine was contagious. The wine itself was also top-notch. The selection was diverse, and I enjoyed every sip of the wines I tried. The atmosphere was laid-back and cozy, making it the perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine after a long day. Overall, I highly recommend Deep Roots Winery in Denver for their fantastic wine selection, cozy atmosphere, and excellent service from bartender Rylee. Her expertise and friendliness made our visit unforgettable, and I can't wait to come back and try more of their wines

Easy, accessible parking. Spacious and great for conversing with bar or having a more private experience. Good vibes. Had a mulled wine to warm the bones as it snowed today. Really hit the spot. Riley, Austin, and Cameron were great hosts. I’ll be back to try more varietals and food.
