Love the uniqueness of this place. People sharing tables, reading the newspapers, writing articles, friends catching up with one another, inside and outside seating, very busy but staff keeps each handmade coffee coming quickly. Great coffee, coffee creations, and pasteries!

Cool place! You order outside but there is inside and outside seating. The server was awesome! We had a great conversation. We will def go back when it’s warmer cuz the outdoor seating is awesome! The coffee was great but not as hot as we like it. Husband and I always get vanilla lattes so we can compare fairly. lol
Very friendly and good coffee! Lots of people with dogs. Owner gives “free” dog treats one after the other. Average cup of coffee will cost $6 plus tip. (Tipping is basically mandatory).
Neighborhood hot spot, great place to people watch if you're on the market for baby strollers or a new dog. The outside line moves quickly, drink options are plentiful as are the bakery items and breakfast burritos sourced locally. Had 5+ iced americanos here over the course of a week and each was smooth, strong, consistent. Great coffee shop.
Good location, the setup is nice. Lots of seating indoors and outdoors. It is on the expensive side for what you get, and they ask you directly what tip you want to add before anything happens or you get any food/drinks. It’s a little awkward.
This is not a bad place. It's a very relaxing area to sit and relax, very limited traffic drives by. I will say however, they are terribly overpriced. Granted it's not Starbucks price, but $7 for a breakfast burrito. That's the size of your fingers is a little overpriced. I'd recommend going there for the coffee, but not for the food.

Dirty Chai is one of the best I’ve had in Denver. Pastries are great too. I don’t like cakey, sweet muffins (which seem to be the go-to 90% of places) so I appreciated the blueberry lemon one that was more natural tasting and denser. Recommend the Flower Power seasonal latte.
Only criticisms: 1. Pricing isn’t on the menu/board. 2. They are open for indoor seating, but you still have to order at the outside window which is odd. I definitely understand covid precautions but if inside is open to hang out, why can’t you order inside (at least when ordering pastries since you can’t really see them from the window)? I’ll try and trust there is a good explanation but would hope they consider changing this for the winter which has finally arrived.
Nestled in the wash park neighborhood you’ll find this cute and beautiful cafe filled with great coffee and eats. Currently you order drinks from the outside window and enter through a different door to sit inside or just sit outside. Strong Wi-Fi and great coffee make this place a must visit.
This place is pretty great. Not a huge fan of the breakfast burritos, but the coffee is really good. Very relaxing outdoor patio seating where you can chill in the sunshine or the shade under a tree. Also there is indoor seating for rainy days. I love this spot.
Amazing find! Great drinks, ambience, seating, and workspace. Being from L.A., I'm supposed to be spoiled with all of the options, and this is still a 10/10. Hope to be back soon. :)
