The BEST caterers for all the small, medium, and large meetings I order for. Managers Nick and John ALWAYS have a smile when delivering and actually add joy to my days when I see them! I consider them good friends and recommend them highly!
Yesterday my catering order was 10 minutes late. Needless to say, I was frustrated. Today, my order was below the delivery minimum so I had planned to go pick it up. I received a phone call this morning from the store saying that they would deliver my order for free, and waive the delivery fee, because they were late yesterday. I have to say that it was so nice not to have to leave the office to get my delivery and I appreciate the wonderful customer service!
Food was good as we expected.
Returned for breakfast. Appreciated being able to refill my coffee and free WiFi. However, I wish that the bathrooms were not locked.
I can’t leave a tip on my order anymore I’m sorry, but I wish!! The girl on the mic and at the window was awesome (didn’t ask her name but I just pulled through like twenty or so min ago around 1:20pm on 7/1 if you wanna figure it out and recognize her), and my baguette was so satisfyingly large. I wish I would have taken a picture. I really appreciated it and the generosity in general. Thanks crew!

The child I take care of loves Panera cookies, especially the chocolate ones 🍪 , and Flip flops ones. This is a our plan twice a week .
i only get drinks here as i am a super cool member of the sip club, but man, one of the morning staff is GR-UMPY! sorry if you hate your job, i too have been there, but that is not my fault so don't take it out on me. not asking for above and beyond false kindness, but a little more than a cold and blunt "what do you want"
I usually don’t eat at Panera, but now I am a super fan. Having been part of their unlimited sip program has been life-changing. It is a vast space for me to work in peace. And their food is top-notch.
Also, sign up for their rewards program, for you will get a lot of bang for your buck!
Service was quick. Friendly staff. The food was good. I really enjoyed their chai tea and green tea, it wasn't overpoweringly sweet. Smooth texture for the chai tea. The breakfast croissant and souffle was good, only thing was still feeling hungry after.
The wait during lunch can be a bit ridiculous. I’ve seen 3 people bussing tables and 1 person taking orders, with a line to the door. They are also out of baked goods on a regular basis, such as cookies and bagels. The sandwiches we get are good, as are the cookies when they have them.
Not fond of the coffee system. Many times have to wait for decaf or hot water. Not always as hot as I prefer it.
I give this place a higher rating because of the atmosphere and employees. The manager is awesome and perhaps he has an identical twin because he's always there 😅.
The food isn't always hot or right... I went last night to get something that was wrong corrected and ordered an additional sourdough bowl with chicken and rice soup. I drove all the way to a park to eat, only to discover chicken noodle soup. Not for pouring in a sourdough bowl. 😔
At any rate, it's nearby and as a person with chemical sensitivity, I can usually tolerate the restaurant for a couple hours- though that air freshener ( That seems to be in every Panera bathroom) has GOT TO GO.
I love this location drive thru because it's near my job. My food is always hot and fresh. Great customer service too!
