This is my new favorite Snooze! FREE garage parking, nice outdoor patio, and a great staff. Our server (Lexy) even suggested additional vegan options for us to try!

That was one huge burrito and so delicious! It was bigger than my head 🤣
Strawberry cream pancakes were wonderful. The pineapple upside down pancakes were as well with the perfect cinnamon flavor.
And don’t forget their Bacon but Different - you just have to try it!!
The service was pretty good and very quick. We didn’t have to wait to be seated at all.
Charming upscale diner style restaurant with really speedy service and fresh food. My friend and I came here for breakfast.
We each got the stuffed sweet potato with bacon on the side. Really well-cooked meal with just the right amount of sweet and savory. I also got a side order of the pineapple pancake, which was super fluffy but I would have preferred it to be slightly sweeter.
For beverages, my friend ordered a cold brew and I got the orange juice, which wasn’t fresh-squeezed but still tasted nice.
All in all, I would recommend this spot for breakfast, but definitely get there early because it tends to get busy quickly.
We walked by a few days prior and the wait-list had people waiting outside so we knew we had to try again! Sure glad we made the effort to come back. The food was great and the service was excellent. They have plenty of options for everyone including vegan pancakes. Cold pressed juices, mocktails, cocktails, omelettes and Monte Cristos.
Snooze is a up and coming breakfast and lunch restaurant. They have a few locations in the US but well worth the drive to one. This one is in Denver. Our first experience was in Nashville.
The environment is nice and cozy with a pretty stocked bar. They have plenty of tables so your wait won’t be too long, if any. You can get on their wait list from there website. Enjoy…
Highly recommend to join waitlist, particularly on weekends. Expect a significant wait time if not planned ahead of your arrival. The food options are great, flavorful and presentation is very good. Chai is a highlight here. Don’t miss the Pancake flight, we really enjoyed it.
love the benny duo options, you choose 2 benedict styles and get one of each! I love the bella bella benny and habenero pork belly benny. they have gluten free toast and pancakes too, which are delicious! cocktails are tasty, love the sangrita or the blackberry mint limeade.
Came here by recommendation from a friend while we were visiting Denver. So glad we stopped in. Food was delicious and drinks were superb. Stopped in 2 different times while visiting and got the Tostada and also the Smashed Avocado Benny. My husband had the Brisket Benny both days as it was just too good to pass up.

Excellent food. Me and my girlfriend were hungry and just arrived in Denver so we stopped by and tried a little bit of everything. We shared our food so I got to try a lot of different options. My favorite was the breakfast burrito. It was just the right blend of how a burrito should be. Smothered with all the best toppings as well. The cheese and salsa was splendid. Shrimp and grits were also very good and different than most shrimp and grits I've ever had. The grits were done perfectly but the shrimp felt out of place on the plate because they seemed to be cooked separately and added. I just wish they had more of the same seasonings the grits had. I enjoyed the funky money french toast slightly more than the pancakes. The French toast was lighter and felt like a great ending to the meal. The pancakes are meant to be a meal of their own. They a thick and full of flavor. The flight was such a good deal and the flavor options were unique and great. My favorite was the cinnamon toast crunch style. The ambiance inside was a good vibe it felt like a nice coffee shop but bigger. My only qualm at all was the coffee was not good at all. It tasted like one of those gas station machines that make your latte, but the food more than made up for it. They also had lots of drinks to choose from and deals even though we decided not to drink. Overall a great experience and so happy with our visit.
Food was great, different variety to choose from. The avocado toast, however, was a bit on the salty side. The avocado and ham Benedict and French toast was is a must!! They were amazing just as their lavender latte too! Very busy and crowded but was lucky to be seated right as we walked in. My kind of vibe, I like that it’s upbeat and brings in a good morning.
The parmesan panko crab cake Benedict was fabulous 🤩 also so good the sweet potato bacon smash and strawberry shortcake pancake. We sat outside on the patio and it was great.
