Anyone visiting Denver has to hang out on Colfax, and while there hit up Atomic Cowboy/Fat Sully's. This is an iconic local pizza joint that boasts a very urban frendly vibe; great atmosphere, artwork, and a pool table behind the bar. I had the mystery shot, which was a lemon drop, paired with a couple of Collette Farm Ales.
The slice of veggie pizza in the NY style was authentic with the crispy crust. This place is a must dine for urban fare if you happen to be this side of the city.
Their bar is lopsided, with one side several feet higher than the other. Really unique place to sit.
Food is amazing, even their $7 Monday burger special is delicious. Fries are seasoned with a bit of something sweet that makes not devouring them rather difficult.
Breakfast menu by DBC is also incredible. Even the pizza by the slice is pretty good, with a very large size pie.
Great atmosphere and tasty pizza. The marinara sauce they use is a little sweet for my taste, but the crust was crunchy and the toppings were flavorful! Would recommend!

The best of three worlds in one space! Definitely a great spot to have a drink, a slice of pizza, or a giant biscuit in the morning. I'm already planning my next visit.
We went for an early breakfast and had a wonderful meal, and the restaurant was not overly busy. The biscuit sandwiches are incredible, we will be going back next time we're in town.

Good food and good deals. I’ve never had to wait for a table. Their waffle fries are very good. I love the seasoning on it.
Big New York style slices of pizza- Decent beer and drinks selection- but food was very limited. Def more of a bar than restaurant.
