On the morning of 7/29/2023 we were the first customer at 9:05 am. The family who owned the store helped our family with our order. They were polite and did a great job preparing our sandwiches. Well priced and good service gives them now a 5 star.

Consistent and fast. Enjoy a sandwich and chips and your favorite soda. Not too many seats inside but the meals are fresh consistently good
Great great people with great service I regularly go there and their level of respect and patience for their customers is phenomenal. Their store is clean and organized and it has always been a pleasant experience for me to go there.

Nicely filled sandwiches and properly stuffed unlike some other places. Good customer service. No communication issue ever unlike another nearby location where the employees always seem to be in a bad mood. This place feels much more welcoming.
Finally! …a decent subway in this area! Friendly service and they build the sandwiches as expected, especially when it’s $10.49 per. 😅 The other area franchises could learn from the establishment. If you’re looking for a decent subway sandwich, in the greater San Ramon and Danville area, this is the only good one. ;)

Staff. They take my order quick, they always get it right and I enjoy the food. They also take Covid procedures carefully and I’ve been there twice when they ask construction workers to put their masks on. I really appreciate that, bc I was about to leave the shop if they didn’t. I’ve ordered on the app and it is always on time. Thanks for your hard work through the pandemic and for supplying us good food.
Always super kind and makes my sandwich just how I like it everytime, which is rare because I'm picky with how much of each ingredient I like on my sub.
Great service and very fast..Sandwuches are excellent and they use the right amount of condiments and are never stingy with the veggies. Good portions and always fresh! And it has to be one of cleanest SubWay I have ever been in or any fast food restaurant. Always spotless and all over clean! I frequently stop in for sandwiches for lunch or dinner!
Just get here for the freshest, yummiest, stuffed-with-love sandwiches! Owners are friendly and remember your regular orders after a couple visits. My favorite Subway.
