My ham and turkey with sub sauce was spectacular. You could tell the bread was fresh and homemade...
The employees were also incredibly friendly.
This is by far the best sandwich I have had in a long time.
Also on the plus side, unlike some other local sandwich shops, my to go order was ready when they said it would be.
I've heard about this place for a few years, I've seen great reviews but have never been in. Tonight, my husband and I decided to try it out and OH MY GOODNESS!!!!!! They did not disappoint!!!! First off, incredibly friendly staff!! 🤩 We got 4 subs and they are ALL so, so delicious!!!! (We got the Cuban, the Club w/ avocado, Turkey Brie, and Buffalo Chicken.) Definitely will be back!

I have to acknowledge the way this business handled an incorrect Doordash order. I chose to call the restaurant 1st before going through Doordash. When I made the call, I was not a happy camper. We all know that delivery orders seem to somehow have issues more often than they should. Sam answered the phone and was very apologetic and nice, and wanted to make it right. She actually remade the sandwich and delivered it to my house in person!
This is outstanding customer service! Especially in today's world.
My 1st impression went from here we go again, to stunned at the lengths she went through to yes, make it right. When I opened the new sandwich, she had attached a personalized, hand written note again apologizing for the mess up. And even threw in some chips and a cookie! The Yellow Submarine sets the bar high to make their customers' experiences good, that many other businesses have abandoned.
And I might add the sandwiches were very good. Not only have they won me over, but it's such a rare occurrence these days to receive this level of customer service, I will definitely pass this experience on to friends, family, co-workers, recommending The Yellow Submarine. Thank you, Sam!
This place is great. I have never had a sub with bread so fresh. The restaurant is tucked away near Starbucks and Wendy's on Dallas Acworth highway. This place is a gem, if you're looking for a made to order sub with fresh ingredients and the best bread ever you should stop in. They also have daily soups that are amazing. After reading about this family owned shop I decided to stop in to support a local business. It was definitely worth it, I'm glad I did.
These prices and tastes are great. I had a veggie sub and it was huge. Both the price and the sub we're outstanding. I really enjoyed my sandwich and I'm not the easiest to please critic. My son, the picky eater in the family, loved his also, so that was a minor miracle. So kudos to everyone here at the yellow submarine for good food. The ladies working behind the counter are friendly and remember their customers. Highly recommended and I would come back again.
