Today I received some of the best customer service possible. We were greeted upon entry and provided the overview of the creamery. The presentation was even better! But the taste was like none other. The red velvet was so delicious. There is only one size and one price ($7)but you get to select how many toppings you want.
The owner was very welcoming! my lover and I were craving something sweet, and we went to just the right place for the night. I ordered the Pineapple Express ice cream! I was so happy about being able to see them make my ice cream before my eyes. I think how they roll the icecream is adorable. Definitely makes this place unique in my books. I also sort of feel biased because my favorite flavors are Coconut and Pineapple 🍍 although I got to try my lover's grasshopper icecream and that was also tasty. Just stop by sometime if you're ever craving something sweet!!
This spot is where the old Izmir take out used to be. The owner is completely redone this place - the staff is friendly and helped us choose. So glad there’s a rolled ice cream place on this side of town ! We will be regulars. Oh! They have a vegan option too!!!!!
They went way out of there way to cater to my daughter's allergies to tree nuts. Excellent customer service!! My fourth visit so far... Yummy!
Delicious ice cream! Owner and employees are extremely friendly and have great personalities. Very speedy. I travel from a different city just to have this amazing ice cream. Great for all ages. Would highly recommend trying it out! You will get easily hooked!
Best Rolled Ice-cream I’ve had in Dallas so far. Great customer service and just a chill and welcoming vibe. Would definitely recommend to anyone that love ice-cream. They have a lactose free option, so everyone can enjoy(like me-lactose intolerant)
The ice cream was great, but the line is very long. They don't have enough frozen plates to make ice cream fast enough. They make it up, however with a huge selection of flavors to choose from. Because the employees have to rush to make the ice cream, they don't make side chat very often. They should invest in more frozen plates to deal with the wait time, and then this would be an all round better experience.
Can't say enough for frost bite. We had 4 different flavors and all were fantastic . Personnel were super helpful and made us feel very welcome. Would recommend to anyone looking for fabulous hand made ice cream.
