I must say this is by far the best experience I've had and was very pleased with the customer service we received at this location. It started with the young lady taking our order, she set the tone, she was so friendly, chipper, she seemed very excited and happy to assist us and didn't rush us. This kind of service makes a huge difference, I hate feeling rushed and this young lady made us smile. The food was good and was delivered quickly. I will definitely go again when I'm in the area.
If you like fried chicken you should go to Williams. Traditional fried chicken service is usually on time so.e employees kinda rude though.
Okay I drove around Dallas for a long time looking for a Williams Chicken that had catfish I finally found one it was some of the best catfish I had in a minute and everything is fresh and hot and they cook it to order so you shouldn't have a problem with this Williams Chicken💯🎯
Went here after church. My food was fresh and hot. I traveled 32 mins to my house and the rolls were still warm as well as the chicken. Glad this Williams Chicken is still open. I didn't have to go out of my to Garland Texas. My husband wanted Williams & I was able to get it to him. Thank you for this location. We enjoyed it.
This location is popular. I went early in the morning just when opening already had a line wasn't that long through. Messed up my order but the guy was solo at the time
Wanted to go because we had a taste for chicken. This is one of the first stores that opened when William's started competing in Dallas. We were trying to get good chicken, and experience the original 2 pc, roll, with a pepper that only cost .99 cents! The taste and the price drove William's Chicken to the top of the fried chicken business. It was still the same good chicken, hot, juicy, iconic. Costs a bit more 20+ years later, but what a trip down memory lane for me and my daughter.
I really like this location of Williams Chicken. It has been a staple in the community for many years. Staff members are often friendly and work fast to get your order out. Sometimes the speaker doesn't work but they will take orders at the window.
