Family meal was customized to our preferences with fixings. A little bit on the greasy side and a little extra "solution" in the coleslaw.
Went to William’s Chicken today (09/02/2018) with my family. I have to say that the food was really good. The batter they use for the chicken makes a great, flaky layering that you don’t get at most places. The owner, Mr. Ali Danawala, an employee (didn’t get the chance to ask for his name) and Bisma who later came, are wonderful people. They provided great customer service, which made the meal even better. However, I give 4/5 stars today because nobody answered the phone (granted there was only one employee at the time) and the restrooms were not up to par. Other than that, great food and friendly staff. Highly recommend!! Thank you, Mr. Danawala! Keep up the great work!
Very clean remodeled Whataburger. The chicken is excellent and management is spot on . Big screen tv’s added attraction. I cannot emphasize how good of a fast food fried chicken joint this place is . Highly recommend!
This is one of the best Williams Chicken places here in Dallas we discovered it by accident looking for the Williams we normally go to but once we got to this Williams the chicken was fresh and hot the gentleman had just pulled it out of the grease less than 10 minutes from us pulling up we asked him if it was hot and fresh he said yes and still offered to drop us some if we were willing to wait even though he had just pulled that chicken out less than 10 minutes ago the gravy was nice and thick and well-seasoned the fries with fresh and hot the chicken was delicious juicy and crispy the roles were soft and you can tell that they were very fresh I would give this Williams 10 Stars if I could but we will most definitely be visiting this Williams as our primary chicken restaurant
Bizma was excellent, she made sure my order was right & that I had freshly cooked food. I'm glad this place has new management team who care to serve their customers and their community well.
Bisma I just want you’ll to know are a good worker and greet customers service at the window with a good smile on her face you’ll need more people like her here to work like she do I great job.. and the food is fresh love the new management

Great and hot food. Bizma was excellent she made sure my food was hot and fresh.. Definitely recommend this place for quick lunch or dinner.
