Erin and Ryan were so professional and courteous on my first visit to this location. I will definitely be back to this location so kindhearted and welcoming.
After my workout, this place is my first stop. Can’t do anything without the smoothie and everyone is freakin nice.
i highly recommend visiting the place and order in the moment, it’s worth the full experience the ladies are super nice and will make you an extra delicious smoothie like you want it wished i had to pass nearby more often so i could stop here more!
I just love the great customer service at this location. Shoutout to Ryah !!! Since the first day coming here I’ve been coming daily. (I was going to another location on skillman the lady lied about running out of ice and then asked for the manager name she replied ‘ I can’t give that information out’ so I’ve never returned 👎🏽to that location). Keep up the good work and great customer service
Ohhhh my god. So impressed by GABBY. I came in and saw a line of about 10 people and only one person, Gabby, working but I really really wanted a smoothie. I was shocked when she cleared the line, perfected orders, while not only remaining calm and upbeat but extremely personable. I kid you not when I say I got my order in 5 minutes from the time I got in line.
First time at this location, I will be forgoing my usual lemon ave location's to come here next time.
Smoothie King is GREAT!!! The employees were great at ensuring they changed their gloves after each customer as well as wiping down everything. However, the Store Manager should practice what she preaches. No one is above the rules when it comes to keeping your customers, employees, and yourself safe. Change your gloves and sanitize please store manager. Thank you for the great service to your cashiers 😊
I just had to give major props to whatever young lady took the time out this morning to answer the phone for me and help me with my DoorDash online order.. She was very polite understanding and patient with me I explained to her I was just put on a all fluids diet for a couple weeks due to seizures the past couple days and I need help with my order she helped me pick the best thing and what to add to keep my weight up.. Thank you so much to whoever you were I really appreciate you for that and understanding my situation and doing her job very well no other Smoothie King answered and this angel did thank you so much that’s how you multi task she made my day… THANK YOU YOUNG LADY WHOEVER YOU WERE YOUR AWESOME..!! 🥰☺️☺️☺️
We go through every Sunday to get our weekly smoothie, and we are never disappointed. Awesome smoothies, but a tad bit large (price difference doesn't pay to do a smaller version).
Other than that, have loved every experience!!
For excellent customer service. Apparently my drink wasn't full, so the guy tells me hey would you like me to top it off? I said if it's less than what it should be, sure. So after waiting a few, I saw another large one. So I said, wait, I thought you will top this own off. He goes, no, it's supposed to be to the top. So we made another one 😝
Nicole is great. She is friendly and always has a smile. Our smoothies always come out perfect.
