Yedida (I know I didn't spell her name right) but she was great in the drive thru. On Friday night about 8:45pm on 10/6/2023.She had patience to take my order. She was understanding when I had to change something. Very great customer service. She should be employ of the month. Thank you very much for your great service We need more of you!!!!
We went to get the 4 for 4 and the sandwich wasn't all that good. Like it tasted old and recooked. I was not happy with this after traveling from another Wendys that lights was on but their machine didn't work.
They were somewhat busy due to the lunch rush. Overall, everything was fine. The food was hot and fresh. They had the place set up to keep in line with social distancing. The place was clean.
Well i took my entire family to eat and we were greated by great team members. The manager introduced herself and was really helpful taking such a big order. I recommend this location for her kindness and willingness to make sure my entire family got everything that we needed. Her name was Lulu and was a super friendly person, by far is the best location ive been too.

I visited this location yesterday afternoon (12/2/2018). I'm not a person who writes reviews about fast food places in general but this place made a really great impression on me that I came back to write a review. Walked in, place an order for a 4 for 4 deal, the lady helping me out rang in my order, packed up my stuff and handed it to me just as she was printing out the receipt. this was like super fast. Haven't been served this well and quick in any other fast food place I've been too. Food was great. Staff was friendly. And to top it all off, mid way through the meal, I walked up to the front wanting an extra ranch and waited in line as a customer was still being helped at the register. The person at the register just looked at me and must have read my mind because while she was helping the customer, she asked me what I needed and when even before I finished saying "I need an extra ranch" she stretched her hand out with a packet of ranch. I mean she didn't even look down or elsewhere to search for ranch, she had it in her hand before I even said what I wanted. It was amazing!!!! I don't know if I'll ever go back to that location again but man, that was an amazing customer service experience. Best staff ever !!!!!!!!
Sandwich is always hot, but fries never make it home (I live only a minute from there) as hot as they should be. Service is always good. One thing to improve is to have a cover over the drive thru windows to prevent rain from soaking my bag as the server is handing it out to the customer.
They usually get pretty busy being that it is located on Forest close to a somewhat busy intersection. Located in quite a large parking lot with plenty of parking.
The drive through seemed a low due to the number of cars so walked in. The order was fast and the service was good. Staff were friendly.
Nice inexpensive place to have lunch. They have a large salad menu and bake potatoes. If you don't want to eat a burger. Their burgers are good too though.
Great service and awesome food.
As usual, the salad was excellent & very filling. Had a coupon for fries (which I don't usually get), & they were fresh & hot with just the right account of salt.
