Now they have the meats in a stainless steel refrigerant the top is stainless steel so you cannot see the meat You're being served.. It should have a glass Top So you can observe your food and service
Only 1 employee who prepared and was a cashier. She did her best to get to serve us. I just feel bad how they are short staffed. I overheard a guy in line saying she has been alone for a while and never shows frustration. I feel bad for her and gave 5 stars for service as she worked hard to get us on our way on our lunch hour.

They only accepted cash for some reason and the written sign wasn't on doors but til you got close to order. My only concern would be the meat is placed in the sandwich crease so all veggies near the opening was cold and meat seemed even less. But very chill place no rush.
Marcos has to be the nicest person working at this location. Typically the staff is not pleasant but he has a positive outlook. Glad to know some of the employees here are nice. Thank you Marcos.
Fast friendly & very precise.Good food for an affordable price. As long as I'm here, you can expect quick service and a smile! I just wish some of my coworkers had the same attitude.
Usually, I don't do reviews for major chain stores/eateries but I have to for this particular Subway in Dallas. It is 5min. From Love Field. I ordered a veggie sub with extra cheese. Nothing special about that, BUT this store truly gave me EXTRA cheese without me reminding them.The lettuce was so fresh it was crunchy. The tomatoes were red, ripe & sweet. They were slices not slivers. This store had the Italian herb and cheese bread that I like. ( most stores I've visited don't have it). The bread was fresh out of the oven. The cucumbers were crunchy, not soggy. Not much you can say about green peppers, black olives & jalapenos, other than, they were fresh. Only 2 women worked the lunch crowd and the line got pretty long. These 2 handled the rush excellently!! They were courteous, efficient & friendly. Kudos to them! My hat's off to this Subway Store!! Great job!
I want to give a shout out to Marcos, for his above & beyond customer service skills! The restrooms could use a update & better maintenance. Otherwise Marcos keep up the good work!
I had the 6 inch meatball on the new cheesy bread. It was good, had flavor and not to expensive. They need to bring back the $5 footlong for a limited time and then I would go more often. Prices have gotten a little expensive. Overall ok
