The woman working there was soo nice and it was a really unique experience. I had gotten a mushroom and green pepper pizza and it came out super hot, which is automatic 4 stars. On top of that, she was super polite and she sold us a small pepper shaker for 1 dollar which I never have had. I just thought this place is really nice and seriously, this place should have a 5 star rating because the 1 star people are lying. 😀
Pizza Hut always delivers an exceptional pizza cooked just the way I Iike it. The balance of toppings is always correct to the dough ration and is cooked perfectly. Their delivery drivers are always polite and friendly.
Placed a pickup order, was done in 15 mins on an early Friday evening! Got the super large extra pepperoni with the cookie & a soda, everything was great
The folks at this specific store are amazing. They are very friendly and helpful, and I'm not going to say why because they don't need a headache from this, but they are the kindest and most generous people I have seen in a long time. Absolutely stellar customer service at this location. The gentleman working the front counter on Thursday, 9/15, was so communicative and friendly from the second I walked in the door. Food is always super fresh and tastes amazing. Highly recommend every aspect about this location.
I have no experience ordering delivery from this particular location, so I can't say if they are as bad as the reviews seem regarding that. Ordering for pick up is perfect though. Never a long wait, even on weekends, and the food is always hot and fresh. Customer service is adequate. Nothing too horrible or spectacular with that. Overall, good pizza that's hot and fresh ready quickly, as long as you don't order delivery.
I'm THRILLED they brought back on the menu the personal size pizza!!! THANK YOU. I've order and picked up twice now a personal size pizza, both times it was HOT, fresh, DELICIOUS!!!
We ordered online and the pizza was ready when we arrived, although we had to wait a few minutes for someone to come to the counter. The staff seemed a little frazzled by the volume of orders (on a weekend evening, so understandable), and another customer seemed upset their order wasn't ready 15 minutes before the stated time (come on, people!). But the worker did their best and was still friendly.
