First time at this location and was super happy with the sandwich. I ordered my favorite, the Hero, and these guys made it perfectly. I could eat another it was so good! Customer service was excellent and polite, and the sandwich was prepared quickly. I just found out this location is closer to my home, so I'll definitely be coming here now for my subs. Be back soon, guys.
Great sandwich and excellent friendly staff! We went for dinner 8/7/23 had the Veggie sandwich, chips & a drink. Probably the most delicious sandwich I have had in a long time. Very hearty and filling with fresh ingredients! Great value and the place was spotless ;) Did I mention the staff? Greeted us with a smile and everyone else that came in after us! Highly recommend!!
The Engineer fully involved has to be the best sub ever invented. Delicious flavor and plenty of meat and toppings for a great price. I got the large in a combo for 18.39. They also have a great rewards system, and the employee told me they give double points on Mondays. Great food and great employees. I'll be back!
First time at a TX location and was impressed with the menu and the prices, very reasonable. 4 stars for this location as the person working there wasn’t very friendly/helpful and the wait time for food seemed unreasonably long (nearly ten minutes to make my sub, even with toaster oven down and not being able to heat it, and no in person orders ahead of me, just behind me.
Excellent food! Loved the sweet and spicy meatball sandwich. Incredible menu overall. Great service! Definitely will be back!
Super nice employees. Had my birthday sub and it had to be used with an online order. I placed the online order and the person behind the counter let us know he had received it. When it was ready he brought it out to me and wished me a happy birthday.

3. Jamaican Jerk Turkey - to die for. An absolute flavor explosion in your mouth that is unmatched. This was so good, I went back 3 times in one week. Tried it on wheat first, then white and decided I love it on white, it is still amazing on wheat.
4. the brownies and cookies are amazing as well.
5. The chili is nice, have not had the soup or salad.
I am a convert. Was a die hard subway and jimmy johns, love firehouse now.

Quick service. Honored Tmobile coupon for free Italian sub. Found it more delicious that the steak and cheese I bought. Substituted regular mayo with Cajun mayo. Would try them again.
Their subs always hit the spot for me. Firehouse Subs is my go to place for fresh, hot sandwiches. Highly recommended
