Not a fine dining place but definitely fine service here by the employee Samuel. Exceptional customer service is not about getting what you want but the employees seeing opportunities to make a difference in a persons life. Samuel showed that level of commitment and thus makes this a higher rating. Ice cream here is always well served and at the right temperature. Items in the market are well displayed and stocked. Note: fast food chains are limited to 3 stars in my reviews but this service earned a bonus star.
First off the music at Braum's is absolutely awesome. If you want to listen to some saxophone jazz while you eat your burger, or ice cream come here!! I got a burger and a shake, and both were supper good! It's a good fun place to take your family to lunch or dinner! And it's got plenty of food options too!
I got a junior burger , fries , and a shake with my choice of ice cream for under $7. all were delicious. I really like everything about Braun’s. Their market is a great place to pick up staples quickly without paying a convenience store markup . All their milk is A2- and they’ve got awesome ice cream . I love that the remodels freshened up the same classic look the restaurants have always had. And their burgers? I like them better than Whataburger and In & Out. They have great crinkle cut fries , too! It’s tough to do three things at once, but they’ve been scooping cones, grilling burgers, and bagging up quality groceries for decades now.
It's been awhile once last time I came to this fastfood restaurant, actually, years. It's a nice place. The food was excellent, and well cooked. The flavor was just right. I ordered number 4 I think. It was really good.
I came in last Sunday (22nd) and was greeted by a nice young man. He was very welcoming and helped me pick out the correct size and flavors. I believe his name was Anderson. The cookies and cream he suggested was delicious and fulfilled my ice cream desires. Thank you to this young man for giving me hope in what society can be.
I love Braums. This location I went into instead of drive through for the first time and was really impressed how big their inside market was. Appeared to be newer fully encased see through refrigerated cases, good condition. It's not a grocery store but definitely has most of the essentials if you needed some things and didn't want to mess with a grocery store. Meats, dairy, breads, Tortillas, chips, frozen deserts, and produce.
Their cooked food has always been my favorite fast food because it doesn't taste fake.
Love this location! Been to it several times. The most notable was a night where we got off a long flight and made it to the drive thru a minute after closing but (I forget the name sorry but a sweet black lady) took our order and helped us beat the heat and tiredness! Kudos and excellent service!
We always shops here to get A2 whole milk , it’s very quality milk among all stores who sell milk. We had ice cream and chocolate shakes which are amazing.
The employees are great and make good shakes. The store has an outdoor area and side entrance to the restroom, likely for public use. That's really nice to see
We were visiting the area for 2 days and ate here both days!!! So delicious 😋 the food the ice cream! And my favorite strawberry shortcake sundae!🍨
