I walked in and placed a takeout order. It was a Sunday evening and there were very few people inside. Only one party was dining in. When I first walked in and stepped up to the counter, no one acknowledged me. Employees were packing up takeout orders and didn’t look up. But after only a couple of minutes a young lady came over and took my order. After that, the food came out pretty quickly (less than 10 minutes). There were two cooks working, and all of the orders coming out of the open kitchen were takeout orders. When I got home, I found that my order (orange chicken and vegetable spring rolls) was perfectly prepared and delicious. I know that reviews of this Pei Wei location have been mixed, but my experience was overall a positive. There’s zero ambience, so I wouldn’t dine in.
Michelle very PHENOMENAl!!! friendly with smiles hard, fast paced working. I absolutely love & cherish how every time I come in she makes sure how we are doing before taking our order going. That is exactly how it should be in a restaurant. She automatically brightens me and my family’s day NEVER disappoints us as much as the cooks do. Attitude, etc towards a young lady is so unprofessional & immature for old MEN 😡 I hate to see that now in this generation it is very ugly and something needs to be said to them!! My heart. Poor girl. She doesn’t deserve none of that. We need more people in this generation like her!! Sweet soul.
One of our favorite spots to go, their orange chicken is one of their bests. You can tell their food is cooked better, it looks more healthy looking. They also offer some good brownies.
I love Pei Wei in general, but this is my favorite location. I come here about once a week on my lunch break. My go-to dish is the Japanese Steak & Shrimp Chile Ramen. Never gets old.
One thing I really appreciate about this particular location, is the impeccable service. I don’t know his name, but the manager at this location knows what he’s doing. He takes orders when it’s busy, cleans tables, and has a positive attitude. That trickles down to the rest of the staff, and it is not unnoticed.
Even when it’s busy, they do not waver. Good job to the manager with a beard and glasses. You are appreciated.
Great location and for a Tuesday at 3:30 there was no line. Friendly cashier and not much of a wait for a beautifully presented teriyaki bowl. The grass fed beef was done to perfection, the snow peas, cabbage, carrots and onions were not over done and crunchy like I prefer them. Also the new cauliflower rice is awesome.
First time here, and I can say I'm surprised at the overall rating. The service staff were friendly and efficient, the restaurant was clean, and surprisingly so was the restroom, despite the nearly standing-room-only level of occupancy.
I can understand some of the complaints about the taste and preparedness of the food in the reviews proceeding mine; only because it tasted to me like at least a slight majority of my dish (ginger broccoli chicken on brown rice) wasn't quite as handcrafted as the menu suggested. However, it was still delicious, though compromising a star for not kicking my taste buds with a "wow" factor boot to the head.
In summation: Tasty, quick meal in a clean and welcoming setting. Room for improvement, but no cause for concern.

Went there 3-17-23 between 6:45 - 7:30 pm. Very nice employees. Place was clean and the food was great. I had the General Tso's Spicy Chicken and my wife had the Honey Chicken and we got the Lettuce Wraps.
This was my first time ever at a Pei Wei and it was pretty decent actually. Miguel the manager is who was remarkable. He was very pleasant, with an awesome smile and a great sense of urgency. He handled the lunch pop very well and I have to give it to the two cooks who killed it in the kitchen. Great job to Miguel and his team this afternoon!
The food was amazing! It was my first time eating at this location and I will definitely be coming back! The Staff is wonderful and very sweet. Definitely hard workers and very fast at preparing your food. I will definitely recommend eating at at this location! :)
