Dickey's Barbecue Pit

I don’t know why Google is pulling reviews posted before the Murrieta store even opened, clearly intended for other locations, so readers should disregard any posts prior to December 2022. I was pleasantly surprised to drive by recently to see that Dickey's was coming to Murrieta. Today I got a chance to try this location for the first time since they opened. I ordered online and my order was ready promptly. The owner, Jason, is super friendly and shows genuine concern that all customers are happy. This location is the first in CA to have a bar, which I know a lot of you will enjoy! I also like that this location is larger and brighter than any of the others I've been to that feel more like a cave. This area will definitely benefit from this addition as it was lacking options. They have hand cut fries now and the ribs fall off the bone. Even though I’ve been a customer of Dickey’s for years, I have not yet tried their loaded baked potatoes, so I will be back for one of those. Definitely give them a try!

This place is amazing (dickies murrieta) me and my family definitely plan on coming back. There food was absolutely outstanding, the portions were perfect, and the ribs are to die for. We came in for my moms birthday and the customer service was great. They’re very kind and friendly. The environment and energy of the location itself is amazing as-well. I definitely recommend coming in here, gonna recommend to my friends and family!

Ordering online has always been great because we can see the entire menu, but only one of us has to go to pickup our order. Lately however, the company seems to have restricted many items that have always been our favorites for online ordering. I ean loaded bakers no longer offered?! Since I am told that each store can disable items on their menu, it might be nice to have a menu that offers everything, but can be managed locally. I must say after living in Dallas and waiting for a long time for brisket done right to come to town, we are not real happy about the new menu changes. With those changes, we will likely be ordering much less online.
